Claims (1)
検出器の一方の検出室と連通し、セルを透過した赤外線
が入射される第1の受光室と、前記ニューマテイツク型
検出器の他方の検出室と連通し、前記第1の受光室と光
学的に直列配置され、前記第1の受光室を通過した赤外
線が入射される第2の受光室と、前記ニューマテイツク
型検出器の他方の検出室と連通し、セル及び干渉成分の
吸収波長に対応するフィルタを透過した赤外線が入射さ
れる第3の受光室とによって検出部を構成したことを特
徴とする赤外線ガス分析計。a pneumatic detector; a first light receiving chamber communicating with one detection chamber of the pneumatic detector and receiving infrared rays transmitted through the cell; a second light receiving chamber that communicates with the detection chamber, is optically arranged in series with the first light receiving chamber, and receives infrared rays that have passed through the first light receiving chamber; and the other of the pneumatic detectors.
