Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a local overheating phenomenon of a bottom plate and excess increase of temperature in a heating chamber, by a method wherein a plurality of holes are formed in an oven bottom plate concealed under a bottom plate, made of a heat resisting magnetic material, on which an object to be heated is placed, and a cold air is caused to flow through a portion which is partitioned by a bottom plate and the oven bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:A propeller fan 5 is rotated by a fan motor 3 to create the flow of the air to cool a high-voltage transformer 2. The cooled air flows through a plurality of holes, formed in the oven bottom plate 7, into a space partitioned by the oven bottom plate 7 and a bottom plate 6 of a heat resisting magnetic material to cool directly the bottom plate 6 from below. The cooled hot air flows out to the open air through a bottom plate 12 by means of a plurality of the holes in the oven bottom plate 7.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides heat-resistant magnetic material by constantly replacing hot air in a space partitioned by a bottom plate made of heat-resistant magnetic material on the bottom of the heating chamber of a high-frequency heating device and an open bottom plate with cold air. This is intended to cool the bottom plate, which depends on the material used.

Conventionally, when high-frequency energy is oscillated due to a user's mistake while the heating chamber is in an unloaded state (no object to be heated), the electric field strength is It is possible to change the strength and weakness of As a result, local overheating phenomenon occurs in areas where the electric field strength is strong (red-hot phenomenon that occurs in one or more places where the electric field strength is strong, depending on the way the standing waves are formed).
appears, and the temperature inside the heating chamber rises to an abnormally high level. If resin materials are used for the top plate and door installed above the heating chamber to hide the high-frequency energy stirring blades, the temperature inside the open warehouse may rise abnormally.
Due to radiant heat from partial overheating of the bottom plate made of heat-resistant magnetic material, the resin may be permanently deformed or melted, and the bottom plate made of heat-resistant magnetic material may also be damaged.
As a result of partial overheating, the affected area may locally crack, split, or melt, so once complete dry firing occurs, unless repairs are made, The high frequency heating device becomes unusable.

Conventionally, by rotating the fan motor 3, the propeller fan 5 linked thereto is rotated to create a flow of air, which cools the high-voltage transformer 2. The cooled air cools the oven bottom plate 7, and the Since the bottom plate 12 is allowed to escape to the outside air, the bottom plate 6 made of heat-resistant magnetic material escapes to the outside air without being cooled. Between,
Since there is a space between them, the space increases the heat insulation effect and has an adverse effect on local overheating of the bottom plate 6 made of heat-resistant magnetic material.

By rotating the shell fan motor 3, the propeller fan 5 linked thereto is rotated to create a flow of air to cool the high voltage transformer 2, and the cooled air is passed through the plurality of holes provided in the oven bottom plate 7 described above. It intervenes in the space partitioned by the oven bottom plate 7 and the bottom plate 6 made of heat-resistant magnetic material, and directly cools the bottom plate 6 made of heat-resistant magnetic material from below. The cooled hot air escapes from the bottom plate 12 to the outside air through a plurality of holes in the oven bottom plate 7 on the opposite side through which the cold air has passed.

As explained above, according to the present invention, even in areas of the bottom plate made of heat-resistant magnetic material where the electric field strength is strong due to the standing waves, the temperature rises during complete dry firing, but the following The oven is cooled by the cold air that blows up from the oven bottom plate one after another, and there is no need to worry about abnormal temperature rises caused by overheating. As a result, the top plate or door made of resin may also cause an abnormal temperature rise inside the oven.
・Since it does not undergo deformation due to radiant heat, and the bottom plate made of heat-resistant magnetic material only experiences local overheating, it does not become brittle, crack, or crack. As a result, the resins used inside the oven will not catch fire, and accidents such as fires and electric shocks will be eliminated.
