Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain high-grade picture data by being equipped with a moving means which moves a two-dimensional sensor slightly and a sampling circuit which executes a sampling of a picture signal from the two-dimensional sensor in prescribed timing. CONSTITUTION:A picture input device is equipped with a moving means 34, which moves a two-dimensional sensor 30 equipped with a RGB stripe filter in one direction using one pitch interval of its assembling light-receiving element as a transfer unit, a moving means 35, which moves the two-dimensional sensor 30 only by a half of the other pitch interval in other direction, and a sampling circuit 74, which executes the sampling of the picture signal from the two-dimensional sensor in prescribed timing. Thus, a purpose original picture can be displayed on a monitor by the output of a signal processing circuit, and the designation of a reading range and color correction can be executed. Moreover, a picture signal with essentially higher resolution can be obtained by moving the two-dimensional sensor 30 slightly through the use of the moving means 34 and 35 and executing the sampling of the sensor output by means of the sampling circuit 74.
