Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement in productivity of the subject motor by a method wherein two semicircular magnets, consisted of anisotropic ferrite, are placed facing each other and a stator is formed by arranging magnetic yokes on the inside of the magnets in such a manner that the former is cross-bridged on the latter. CONSTITUTION:The two semicircular magnets 18A and 18B, consisted of anisotropic ferrite, are placed opposing each other, they are formed into a cylindrical shape by arranging the two semicircular magnetic yokes 17A and 17B on the inside of the magnets in such a manner that the magnetic yokes are cross- bridged on the magnets 18, and the rotor is formed by molding a molding material 4 using a jig together with a housing 1 and a case 3. Then, the motor is formed by rotatably installing a coreless type rotor 6 in the gap between the yoke 12 and the magnet 18 of the housing 1. Accordingly, the motor is easily formed in cylindrical shape using the anisotropic ferrite and providing with yokes 17A and 17B, and the productivity and the electrical performance of the motor can be improved.
