Abstract

PURPOSE:To make always accurate operation of symmetrical quantity of electricity possible and improve the reliability of a protective relay without receiving any influence of frequency fluctuations by detecting three-phase electric currents and inter-wire frequency from an electric power system and performing prescribed operation. CONSTITUTION:Transducer 5a-5c are inputted with the three-phase electric currents IR, IS, IT flowing in an electric power system, convert these to the levels suited for an oprating device, and the outputs thereof are sample-held by circuits 7a-7c. A frequency transducer 6 is inputted with the inter-wire frequency VRS of the electric power system and outputs the DC voltage proportional to said frequency. This output is sample-held in a circuit 8. The outputs of the circuits 7a-7c, 8 are converted to series signals by a multiplexer 9a, and are subjected to A/D conversion 9b, after which they are supplied to a digital computer 10, by which the operation of antiphase electric current is accomplished according to prescribed programs.
