Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a hot-rolled high-tensile steel plate with superior ductility and high workability at a relatively low cost by rolling a steel contg. a specified percentage of C, Mn, S, Nb, V and Ti under specified conditions and coiling the hot rolled steel at a specified temp. CONSTITUTION:A steel contg. 0.008-0.3% C, 0.8-2.5% Mn, <=0.003% S and >=1 kinds among 0.01-0.15% Nb, 0.01-0.20% V and 0.03-0.15% Ti is hot rolled at 50% reduction ratio at <=850 deg.C, and the rolling is finished at the Ar3 transformation point-800 deg.C. The hot rolled steel is coiled at 550-650 deg.C. To the steel may be added >=1 kinds among >=0.7% each of Ni, Mo and Cr.
