Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the signal current to the next stage, by arranging a junction subjected to the status change with a signal input and one not subjected to in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Junctions J1, J2 are provided in parallel. When no input signal current IH is present, about IB/2 which is less than the critical current flows to each junction, each junction is at no voltage state and no current flows to the output side. When the IH flows, the junction J1 changes to the voltage state, and the current IB flows to the junction J2. Thus, the current flowing to the junction J2 is more than the critical current and the junction J2 transfers to the voltate state. Thus, the current IB flows to the output side. This current is about two times in comparison with the absence of the junction J2.
