Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize an effective change for the switching level of an FET, by switching the potential of a source electrode at the amplifying stage of the input side which forms the FET. CONSTITUTION:When the input voltage increases and exceeds the threshold value of an FET16, the drain current starts to flow to the FET16. Thus the output voltage VA has a drop. When the voltage VA drops less than the threshold level of the 2nd amplifying stage 12, an FET17 is turned off with an FET18 turned on respectively. Then the source voltage VB of the FET16 becomes equal to the earth potential. As a result, the difference of potential increases between the gate and the source of the FET16. The voltage VA drops further to approximate to the earth potential, and the output of the stage 12 is fixed at level H. In other words, a connection line 21 is equal to a positive feedback line. Then the input potential begins to drop from a high level of voltage. Thus the FET16 is not turned off before the source potential of the FET16 drops down to the prescribed threshold value since said potential is set at the earth potential.
