Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform power generation of constant output by providing a storage tank storing a low boiling point medium solution to control the concentration of the mixture solution, in a power plant using a mixture solution of a low boiling point medium and a heat medium for improving heat resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The power plant has a closed cycle consisting of a vapor-liquid separator 18, a turbine 4, a capacitor 6, a low boiling point medium solution line 22 and a preheating part 16. At the outside of the system of this closed cycle there is provided a storage tank 25 for storing the low boiling point medium solution, and control valves 23 and 26 are controlled in response to the inner pressure of the vapor-liquid separator 18 to perform the extraction and pouring of the low boiling point medium. In this manner, the concentration of the low boiling point medium solution in the mixture solution within the vapor-liquid separator can be controlled and even when the waste heat is varied, the waste heat recovery efficiency is not degraded and power generation of constant out can be performed.
