Abstract

And when voltage V is applied between the terminals 14, 15, the voltage of approx imately V/4 is applied to the partial electrodes 5, 6, 7, 8, respectively, and voltage applied between each adjacent electrode arm becomes equal. The frequency characteristic is not deteriorated by dividing the electrode at this time.
