PURPOSE:To improve data transmission efficiency by permitting a central control part to recognize rapidly that a terminal device is to transmit data, by holding at level ''1'' data transfer request parts provided to respective data from plural terminal devices. CONSTITUTION:When terminal device 2A, for example, among 2A-2C is to transfer data to central control part 1, data transfer request part (a) is held at logic ''1'' and data are sent to central control part 1. Central control part 1 detects state ''1'' and reception line 4 is so set that data transfer will be possible. Central control part 1 checks reception lines 4-6 and sends data D0, i.e. flag (b), terminal number (c), control code (e), and flag (b), to terminal unit 2A, held at level ''1'', via transmission line 3. The above-mentioned control code (e) is the data transfer permission signal showing that corresponding terminal unit 2A may transmit data D and terminal unit 2A, on receiving the code, transfers data D to central control part 1.
