Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the rise characteristic, by making the load into a constant- current circuit to make the charging characteristic linear. A feedback loop is provided in smoothing circuit 24 by capacitor 23 to form an active filter. Further, a filter is constituted with resistance 25 and capacitor 26 to form a device so that higher harmonic components may be eliminated.
