Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the ease of manufacture and mass-productivity and to reduce the energy loss due to support, by improving the support means in profile oscillation mode piezoelectric oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The oscillator package 40 is constituted with three ceramic plates 41, 42, 43, and suitable size of hole to make the package space is made to the plates 42 of intermediate layer and the plate 41 of upper stage, and the support of oscillator is made with the plates 42 and 41.
