Abstract
PURPOSE:To plan effective utilizations of heat by connecting a condenser in Rankine cycle to a heat-exchanger, effecting heat-exchange with a refrigerant in a heat-pump cycle, and to another heat-exchanger, effecting heat-exchange with water used for hot-water supplying. CONSTITUTION:A first condenser 4 in Rankine cycle is connected to a second outdoor heat-exchanger 12 in a heat-pump cycle, while a second condenser 5 in the Rankine cycle is connected to a heater 17 in a water circuit for a hot-water supplying. An operating fluid gas from an expansion device 3 is flown into the first condenser 4 which is cooled in case the heat-pump cycle is operated for room- heating operation, and a part of the operating fluid gas is condensed, thus, the condensation heat promotes vaporization of a refrigerant in the second outdoor heat-exchanger 12. The operating fluid from the first condenser 4 is condensed perfectly in the second condenser 5 and the condensation heat thereof heats the water being flown in the heater 17. Thus, effective utilizations of heat may be planned.
