Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the defects of a coating film, such as ruggedness, on a coating film by using a leveling agent for a fluoroplastic layer. CONSTITUTION:A polyamic acid soln. is diluted with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone to prepare a coating compd. of, for example, 20cP viscosity. Dimethyl polysiloxane is then added to the dispersion of a tetrafluoroethylene perfluoroalkoxyl copolymer (PFA) to prepare a coating compd. of 350cP viscosity. The outside surface of a prescribed cylinder is dip coated with the polyamic acid coating compd. and is dried; thereafter, the surface thereof is dip coated with the PFA coating compd. and is dried; following which the coating layers are calcined to convert the coating compd. to polyimide and thereafter, the molding is released from the mold, by which the two-layered film for fixing is obtd. The organopolysiloxane is used for the fluoroplastic to be used for the surface layer, by which the leveling property is improved and the ruggedness of the coating film is lessened. The uniform film is thus obtd.

[Background Art] Conventionally, in order to obtain an endless film, a boiled resin or its precursor is used as a support layer, a fluororesin is used as a surface layer, and the object to be coated is immersed in a paint. A dipping coating method in which a coating film is formed by gradually pulling up the coating material using the surface tension between the coating material and the coating material, or
By discharging paint from a nozzle with a micro opening and atomizing it, the resulting micro droplets are deposited on the object to be coated (using a spray method to form a coating film, forming a layer, either alone or in combination). After repeating the required number of times, the coated material is removed from the mold to obtain a veneer film. However, with these methods, even after final firing, the melt viscosity of the fluororesin in the surface layer remains high. In addition to the above-mentioned problems, there is a problem that coating film defects such as unevenness and minute holes are not eliminated due to insufficient leveling, or that cracks are likely to occur due to firing, especially in pigment dispersion systems. there were.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] In order to achieve the above object, the multilayer endless film composition for fixing of the present invention contains as a leveling agent:
Organopolysiloxane is preferable, and has a viscosity of lO to 100 at 25°C based on 100 overlapping parts of the fluororesin in the surface layer.
Organopolysiloxane of OOOOc S, preferably 100 to 10,000 CS, is used because the coating film tends to be uneven, and after the coating film is formed, the organopolysiloxane easily migrates from the inside of the coating film to the coating surface (hereinafter abbreviated as bleed). , the effect of constant crack prevention is not sufficient.
