Abstract

PURPOSE:To exhibit excellent vibration-proof property without reducing operability of operating handle by transmitting vibration transmitting from electric motor as a vibration source and reaping blade to main body rod in almost to vibration-proof rod before arriving at the operating handle and absorbing into elasticity of spring material. CONSTITUTION:An electric motor 2 joined with a reaping blade 3 is installed at the top end of a main body rod 1 and an operating handle 6 grasped by operator is installed at the middle part of the main body rod 1. Then, a vibration-proof structure composed of a vibration-proof rod 8 having one end fixed at a position nearer to the top end of the main body rod 1 than an operating handle-fixing part 5 in the main body rod 1 and the other end installed to rear end direction of the main body rod 1 and spring materials 12 and 13 installed between said other end part of said vibration-proof rod 8 and the main body rod 1. As the result, excellent vibration-proof property is exhibited without reducing operability of the operating handle.

Conventionally, anti-vibration brush cutters have been developed with the aim of eliminating the vibration caused by the small engine in small engine-driven brush cutters, and have replaced the small engine, which is the vibration line, with an electric motor. It is known that an electric motor is attached to one end of a rod-shaped main rod, a cutting blade is connected to the electric motor, and an operating handle is provided in the middle of the main rod to be grasped by an operator.

In this conventional vibration-proof electric brush cutter, the vibration source is limited to the electric motor and the cutting blade, and the vibration force is considerably weaker than that of a small engine. Therefore, the vibration-proofing structure is simple and consists of a vibration-proofing rubber material or the like that is fitted and attached to the operating handle.

However, research has begun to show that the conventional anti-vibration structure of electric brush cutters does not provide sufficient anti-vibration properties to maintain the health of workers, and has recently been strengthened. It is becoming impossible to satisfy legal regulations such as restrictions on working hours.

In addition, in order to improve the vibration-proofing properties of the vibration-proof structure, it is being considered to replace part of the structure of the operation handle with anti-vibration rubber material, etc. Since this increases the operability of the operating handle, it is expected that there will be a safety problem in that accidents are more likely to occur.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the anti-vibration electric brush cutter according to the present invention includes an electric motor connected to a cutting blade at the tip of a main body pole, and an operating handle that is gripped by an operator in the middle of the main body pole. In an electric brush cutter, there is a vibration-isolating lower part with one end fixed to the tip side of the main body pole than the operation handle attachment part of the main body pole, and the other end facing toward the rear end of the main body pole. The present invention employs a means characterized in that it includes a vibration-proofing structure comprising a spring material installed between the other end and the main rod.

According to the above-mentioned method, only one end of the vibration isolator is fixed to the main body rod, and as far as this is concerned, the structure has good vibration transmission properties to the vibration isolator. Since it is located closer to the tip of the main rod than the front part, most of the vibrations transmitted from the electric motor and cutting blade to the main rod are transmitted to the vibration damper in front of the operating handle, and this vibration is further transmitted to the spring material. Since the vibration is absorbed by the elasticity of the main body rod in the direction of the operating handle, the vibration is not directly transmitted to or returned to the main rod in the direction of the operating handle, so that almost no vibration is transmitted to the operating handle. Furthermore, since the vibration-proof spring material has a structure that has nothing to do with the operating handle itself, there is no need for design changes to the operating handle that would reduce its operability.

A vibration-proof lower part 8 made of a light and heavy pipe such as an aluminum vibrator having a smaller diameter than the main rod 1 is attached to the main rod 1. This anti-vibration lower part 8 has one end fixed with a bracket 15 on the distal side of the operating handle mounting part 5 of the main body rod 1, and the other end facing toward the rear end beyond the operating handle mounting part 5 of the main body rod 1. A base portion 8a extends from one end in a direction perpendicular to the main rod 1, a curved portion 8b changes the direction of the base portion 8a by approximately 90 degrees, and a curved portion 8b extends substantially parallel to the rear end side along the main rod 1. It has a deformed 17-shaped elastic structure consisting of an extension part 8c that reaches the end.

As shown in detail in FIG. 3, two spring elements I2.13 consisting of coil springs are installed. One end of these spring materials 12 and I3 is locked to a bolt 10 and 11 that fixes the weight 9, respectively, and the other end is a bolt 15 that tightens and fixes the bracket 14 attached to the main body rod 1.
They are each locked in place. The spring members 12 and I3 are installed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the main rod 1, and are tension-biased in the direction of the main rod 1.

According to this embodiment, by using the battery 7 as an energy source and driving the electric motor 2 through an operation unit (not shown), the cutting blade 3 is rotated to perform work such as mowing grass.

In this work, the vibrations caused by the electric motor 2 and the cutting blade 3 are transmitted to the main pole I and then to the worker via the nozzle 6. It has a structure and a main body! Because it has a smaller diameter than the operating handle 6, the lower vibration isolator 8, which is located closer to the vibration source than the operating handle 6, has better vibration transmission than the main rod. This vibration is transmitted to the lower vibration isolator 8, and furthermore, this vibration is absorbed by the elasticity of the spring members 12 and 13, and is almost completely eliminated.

For this reason, vibration is not directly transmitted to the main body rod l on the rear end side from the position where the lower vibration isolator 8 is fixed, and is not transmitted and returned from the spring 12, 13, so that almost no vibration is transmitted to the operating handle 6. . Even if extremely weak vibrations were to be transmitted to the operating handle 6, the vibrations would be damped by the vibration isolating structure made of the laminated structure of the grip portion 6'.

The weight 9, spring material 12, and I3 have a function of reinforcing and supplementing the elastic structure that constitutes the vibration transmittance of the lower vibration isolator 8. In addition, the fact that the spring members 12 and 13 are tensilely biased in the direction of the main rod 1 not only reinforces and supplements the elastic structure of the lower vibration isolator 8, but also prevents new vibrations due to the resonance of the lower vibration isolator 8. It has a function to prevent noise and abnormal noise from occurring.

Furthermore, it is also possible to adopt an embodiment in which the structure of the lower vibration isolator 8, the spring 12, and the I3 are provided as a pair symmetrically on both sides of the main rod 1. As described above, the vibration-proof electric brush cutter according to the present invention has a vibration-proof structure,
Due to the vibration-proof structure made of spring material, most of the vibration transmitted from the electric motor and cutting blade to the main rod is transmitted to the vibration-proof area in front of the operating handle, and is absorbed by the elasticity of the spring material. , almost no vibration is transmitted to the operating handle, resulting in good vibration isolation. Moreover, this effect enhances the maintenance of the worker's health, and in other words, it is possible to extend the working time.
