示す断面図で、プレフィルタ取付枠5に設けられたフィ
ルタ支え5aにミスト除去フィルタ2とプレフィルタ3
とをこの順序で同一方向から装着し、プレフィルタフラ
ンジ部3aをフィルタ押え8とフィルタ締付ネジ9とを
用いてプレフィルタ取付枠5に固定している。図2で
は、説明の便宜上、フィルタ押え8とフィルタ締付ネジ
9とは1ヶ所のみを示したが、本実施例では、フィルタ
押え8とフィルタ締付ネジ9とはフィルタ1台当たり4
