本発明は上記に鑑み、第1の発明は送風機→加熱器→乾
燥槽→冷却器→凝縮液分離器→送風機の経路からなる循
環回路に圧縮空気を加えるようにして、加圧下で循環す
る熱風により繊維パッケージを乾燥するようにしたもの
において、上記凝縮液分離器を通る第1の循環回路に、
送風機→加熱器→乾燥槽→冷却器→パッケージタンク→
送風機の経路からなる第2の循環回路を設けて前記第1
の循環回路と第2の循環回路を交互に切り換えて作動さ
せるようにし、前記パッケージタンク内には水分率の低
い繊維パッケージを装填させ、該繊維パッケージに乾燥
槽内の繊維パッケージから分離された液を吸着させるよ
うにして繊維パッケージの限界水分吸収率に達するまで
第2の循環回路を作動させた後、第1の循環回路に切り
換えるようにして冷却器に用いる冷却水の使用量を節減
することを特徴とする繊維パッケージ乾燥方法であり、 第2の発明は、送風機→加熱器→乾燥槽→冷却器→凝縮
液分離器→送風機の凝縮液分離器側循環回路に圧縮空気
を加えるようにして、加圧下で循環する熱風により繊維
パッケージを乾燥するようにしたものにおいて、上記凝
縮液分離器を通る第1の循環回路に送風機→加熱器→乾
燥槽→冷却器→繊維パッケージタンク→送風機の循環経
路から成る第2の循環回路を並列的に設け、前記第1の
循環回路における凝縮液分離器と冷却器出口側との間に
切換弁(11)を設けると共に第2の循環回路におけるパ
ッケージタンク(12)と冷却器出口側との間に切換弁
(9)を前記切換弁(11)の上流側に位置して設け、更
にパッケージタンクの出口側と送風器との間に切換弁
(10)を挿入したことを特徴とする繊維パッケージの乾

えるようにして、加圧下で循環する熱風により繊維パッ
ケージを乾燥するようにしたものにおいて、上記凝縮液
分離器を通る第1の循環回路に、送風機→加熱器→乾燥
槽→冷却器→パッケージタンク→送風機の経路からなる
第2の循環回路を設けて前記第1の循環回路と第2の循
環回路を交互に切り換えて作動させるようにし、前記パ
ッケージタンク内には水分率の低い繊維パッケージを装
填させ、該繊維パッケージに乾燥槽内の繊維パッケージ
から分離された液を吸着させるようにして繊維パッケー
ジの限界水分吸収率に達するまで第2の循環回路を作動
させた後第1の循環回路に切り換えるようにして冷却器
に用いる冷却水の使用量を節減することを特徴とする繊
維パッケージ乾燥方法。1.
