した、第1側縁及びこれに対向する第2側縁を有する第
1繊維集積シート片と、前記第1繊維集積シート片の幅
寸法よりも幅狭くかつ輪郭を実質的に四角形に形成し
た、第1側縁及びこれに対向する第2側縁を有する第2
繊維集積シート片とから構成するとともに、前記第1繊
維集積シート片の前記第1及び第2側縁と前記第2繊維
集積シート片の前記第1及び第2側縁とがそれぞれ実質
的に等しい間隔で対向するように、前記第1繊維集積シ
ート片の上面に第2繊維集積シート片を重ね合わせてあ
り、前記繊維不織布片は、その中央域を前記第1繊維集
積シート片の下面に位置させるとともに前記繊維不織布
片の両側域を前記第1及び第2繊維集積シート片の上面
で互いに内側に折り返して該両側域の縁部を前記第2繊
維集積シート片の上面の中央で互いに重ね合わせること
で前記第1及び第2繊維集積シート片の上下面を完全に

の内側に位置するように、半径方向へすぼめて前記棒状
体に圧搾成形してあり、 前記棒状体は、その圧搾成形前において前記第1繊維集
積シート片に前記第2繊維集積シート片が重なり合わな
い前記第1繊維集積シート片の両側域が位置する前記棒
状体の長さ方向に沿う両外側部分の繊維密度を、前記棒
状体の他の部分の繊維密度よりも低くしてあることを特
