Flexible wiring such as transmission cables for communication is required, and in computer rooms and telephone exchange rooms, it is usual to adopt a double floor structure as seen on a free access floor and store the transmission cables under the floor. It started to come. The free access floor is generally composed of an aluminum alloy panel and supporting legs for supporting the panel, and a carpet or the like is laid on the upper surface of the panel for use. In recent years, from the viewpoint of increasing the number of OA equipments, generalization, and environment and aesthetics, it is necessary to construct such double floor structures in intelligent buildings, general buildings and factory facilities such as clean rooms. Is increasing. Furthermore, in luxury apartments and resort apartments,
Considering the recent circumstances where high habitability and high added value are desired, and the future of the electrification of 200V, the double floor structure as described above will spread to general households in the future. Conceivable. On the other hand, speaking of conventional floor heating, hot water type floor heating that circulates hot water inside the pipe by installing piping under the floor,
Flooring materials having a built-in electric heater element, so-called electric carpets, and the like are widely used and commercially available. However, the above-mentioned floor heating is not usually performed on the above-mentioned free access floor, but in reality, it is simply based on air conditioning.

Is coming. Here, it is conceivable to lay an electric carpet, but this may heat an unnecessary portion, and lacks the flexibility to heat the portion partially and efficiently. Also, considering the floor heating of general households (condominiums, etc.), electric carpets are most often used, but they are reluctant to take up space for storage in summer. Especially in recent years when land prices have risen, there is a problem with the storage area. Therefore, there is a device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-10140 as an example of floor heating for a free access floor, but this one forms a closed space by encircling a large number of holes in the upper wall of the floor plate, The heated air is blown into this space to circulate it, so to speak, it is the floor heating with warm air. However, in this floor heating structure, it is necessary to form a hole in the floor plate of the entire room, and a heating device and a blower are required, resulting in high cost. In addition, I cannot answer the request that only partial heating is required. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and provides a free access floor capable of partially and efficiently heating a floor.

A heater element is mounted on the upper surface or the lower surface of the panel. For example, a meandering concave groove is formed on the upper surface of the panel, and a heater element mainly composed of a heating wire is inserted in the concave groove. Further, it is desirable to attach a heat insulating material or a heat storage material to the lower surface of the panel.

If the panel material is made of metal, heat conduction will be better and more effective, and if a heat insulating material is provided on the lower surface of the panel, the thermal efficiency will be further improved. Further, if a heat storage material is provided, the heat can be stored with a cheap electric power at midnight, which is excellent in energy saving. The heater element is preferably a heating wire covered with a resin material and is inserted into the groove so as to sink from the surface of the panel upper surface, so after covering the panel upper surface with a carpet, the load applied to this surface is substantially the same as above. Since it does not hang on the heater element, there is no concern about disconnection or electric shock due to load stress.

Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show the case where the facility is constructed as a double floor structure. FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1. The free access floor 1 basically comprises a panel 11 and support legs 12, both of which may have an integral structure as shown in the figure or may be assembled separately. It doesn't matter. Further, the material may be heat resistant, and a synthetic resin material such as polypropylene may be used. Molding with an aluminum alloy die casting is advantageous in terms of heat transfer.

A concave groove 13 for fitting the heater element 2 is integrally formed in a meandering shape on the upper surface of the panel, and a through hole 14 is provided between the concave groove 13 for the purpose of weight reduction and rapid heating at the initial stage of energization. Considering the strength, it is possible to provide an appropriate number of holes at appropriate places other than those shown in the drawing.
Reference numeral 15 also serves as a through hole for taking out the heater element, and the positions may be provided in parallel as shown in the drawing or may be provided on a diagonal line. The heater element 2 is
For example, a heating wire coated with a synthetic resin material such as a cord heater is formed in a meandering shape so as to fit exactly in the above-mentioned concave groove 13, and is inserted so as not to project from the upper surface of the panel. Also,
The heating wire which is the heater element is provided with connectors 21 and 22 at both ends to facilitate the connection with adjacent heating wires.

Shows a state in which a carpet or the like is laid on the upper surface in the BB sectional view. This example shows a case where it is desired to perform floor heating for one tatami mat (1800 mm × 900 mm) in one room of an apartment. That is, 4 × 2 free access floors of the module 450 described above are laid in a part of one room. Arrange free access floors 11A, 11B ... 11H on the concrete floor 10 as shown in the figure,
At the same time, the heater elements 2A, 2B ... 2H are respectively connected by connectors. Each terminal of 2A and 2H is connected to the controller 3, and the controller 3 controls heat generation. 4 has the same cross section as that of FIG. 2, but omits the central support leg, and the wiring cable and the piping can be housed in the space 16. A heat insulating material 6 is provided on the lower surface of each panel to suppress heat radiation. If the carpet 4 is laid on the upper surface of each panel via the heat transfer plate 5, the heat transfer is further improved and the heat efficiency is improved. Furthermore, if a special antistatic sheet or dew condensation prevention sheet is provided between each free access floor, it is effective for noise countermeasures and dew condensation countermeasures.

It is very convenient to save energy if energy is provided. In the above embodiment, the panel is an aluminum alloy, the heater element is a heating wire,
The connectors are arranged to connect adjacent ones, but the present invention is not limited to this, and various embodiments are possible.
