Claims (1)

において、 前記内部電極が、該内部電極の引出されている
端面近傍に配置された引出し電極部と、引出し電
極部から他方端面側に延ばされており、引出し電
極部の前記端面に引出されている部分の幅よりも
狭い幅の電極部分を有し、かつ少なくとも一の折
り返し部分を有する折り返し電極部とを備えるこ
