前記複合黒鉛材料は、コア材料と前記コア材料の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆する被覆層とを含み、前記コア材料は、黒鉛を含み、前記被覆層は、環状構造断片を有する被覆材料を含み、前記複合黒鉛材料が不活性非酸化性ガス雰囲気下で40℃から800℃まで昇温される時に、前記複合黒鉛材料の重量減少率は、0.1%~0.55%である。

複合黒鉛材料の製造方法
工程(1)において、環化可能なポリマーを含有する溶液と黒鉛コア材料とを混合して、スラリーを取得し、前記黒鉛コア材料と前記環化可能なポリマーとの質量比が30:1~400:1である。
工程(2)において、前記スラリーを乾燥させて、粉末を取得する。
工程(3)において、300~400℃の温度で前記粉末を熱処理して、前記複合黒鉛材料を取得する。
S10において、生コークス原料を破砕し、分級処理する。
S20において、工程S10で得られた生成物を整形する。
S30において、工程S20で得られた生成物を造粒し、ここで、前記造粒過程で添加された結着剤の使用量は、生コークス原料の総重量の5%を超えない。
S40において、2800℃~3200℃の温度で、工程S30で得られた生成物を黒鉛化処理して、前記黒鉛を取得する。

(1)人造黒鉛Aの製造:非針状生石油コークスを原料(揮発分が約9.5%であり、硫黄含有量が約0.5%である)として使用し、破砕後に分級処理する。破砕後に得られた粒子生成物を整形する。整形後に得られた粒子生成物を造粒機の反応釜に添加し、結着剤を添加しない条件で生石油コークス原料を造粒処理する。次に、約3000℃の温度で黒鉛化処理して、人造黒鉛Aを取得する。
(2)人造黒鉛Bの製造:針状か焼石油コークスを原料とし、破砕後に分級処理する。ピッチを結着剤として造粒し、ピッチの使用量は原料の総重量の8%を占める。次に、約2900℃の温度で黒鉛化処理して、人造黒鉛Bを取得する。
実施例1
複合黒鉛材料の調製
2)人造黒鉛Aを工程1で得られたポリマー溶液に添加し、撹拌して均一に混合させて、混合スラリーを取得する。
3)工程2で得られた混合スラリーを蠕動ポンプにより噴霧乾燥装置に移し、窒素雰囲気下で乾燥処理して、乾燥粉末材料を取得し、ここで、蠕動ポンプの回転速度が20rpmであり、且つ、噴霧乾燥温度範囲が190℃である。
4)工程3で得られた乾燥粉末材料を窒素ガス雰囲気下で熱処理して、複合黒鉛材料を取得し、ここで、熱処理の温度が400℃であり、熱処理の時間が4hである。

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記複合黒鉛材料が不活性非酸化性ガス雰囲気下で40℃から800℃まで昇温される時に、前記複合黒鉛材料の重量減少率は、0.13%~0.3%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記環状構造断片が、式1~式3のうちの1種類又は複数種類を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の複合黒鉛材料。
- 前記コア材料が、人造黒鉛である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記複合黒鉛材料のDピーク強度IDとGピーク強度IGとの比の値 ID/IGが、0.4~1.0である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記複合黒鉛材料のDピーク強度IDとGピーク強度IGとの比の値 ID/IGが、0.5~0.8である、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記複合黒鉛材料は、
前記複合黒鉛材料が圧密度 1.6g/cm3~1.7g/cm3の電極シートに含有される場合、前記複合黒鉛材料の(004)結晶面のピーク面積C004と(110)結晶面のピーク面積C110との比が、C004/C110≦15であること
を満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記複合黒鉛材料は、
前記複合黒鉛材料が圧密度 1.6g/cm3~1.7g/cm3の電極シートに含有される場合、前記複合黒鉛材料の(004)結晶面のピーク面積C004と(110)結晶面のピーク面積C110との比が、8≦C004/C110≦12であること
を満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項8項に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記複合黒鉛材料は、さらに、
(1)前記複合黒鉛材料のDv50が、15μm~20μmであること、
(2)前記複合黒鉛材料のDv10≧6μmであること、
(3)前記複合黒鉛材料のDn10が、1.0μm~3.0μmであること、
(4)前記複合黒鉛材料の比表面積が、0.5m2/g~1.2m2/gであること、
(5)5トンの圧力下で測定された圧密度が、1.80g/cm3~2.10g/cm3であること、
(6)前記複合黒鉛材料のタップ密度が、0.8g/cm3~1.15g/cm3であること
のうちの一つ又は複数を満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記複合黒鉛材料は、さらに、
(1)前記複合黒鉛材料のDv50が、15μm~18μmであること、
(2)前記複合黒鉛材料のDv10が、6.5μm≦Dv10≦10.5μmであること、
(3)前記複合黒鉛材料のDn10が、1.2μm~2.0μmであること、
(4)前記複合黒鉛材料の比表面積が、0.6m2/g~1.0m2/gであること、
(5)5トンの圧力下で測定された圧密度が、1.93g/cm3~2.05g/cm3であること、
(6)前記複合黒鉛材料のタップ密度が、0.9g/cm3~1.05g/cm3であること
のうちの一つ又は複数を満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 前記複合黒鉛材料の硫黄含有量が、0.02wt%未満である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の複合黒鉛材料。 - 複合黒鉛材料の製造方法であって、
(1)環化可能なポリマーを含有する溶液と黒鉛コア材料とを混合して、スラリーを取得する工程であって、前記黒鉛コア材料と前記環化可能なポリマーとの質量比が30:1~400:1である工程と、
(2)前記スラリーを乾燥させて、粉末を取得する工程と、
(3)300~400℃の温度で前記粉末を熱処理して、前記複合黒鉛材料を取得する工程と、
を含み、
前記環化可能なポリマーは、ポリアクリロニトリル又はアクリロニトリルとオレフィン系との共重合体のうち1種類又は複数種類であり、
前記複合黒鉛材料は、コア材料と前記コア材料の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆する被覆層とを含み、前記コア材料は、黒鉛を含み、前記被覆層は、環状構造断片を有する被覆材料を含み、前記複合黒鉛材料が不活性非酸化性ガス雰囲気下で40℃から800℃まで昇温される時に、前記複合黒鉛材料の重量減少率は、0.13%~0.53%である、
ことを特徴とする複合黒鉛材料の製造方法。 - 前記黒鉛コア材料と前記環化可能なポリマーとの質量比 mG:mPは、40:1~200:1である、
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の複合黒鉛材料の製造方法。 - 前記黒鉛コア材料と前記環化可能なポリマーとの質量比 mG:mPは、50:1~150:1である、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の複合黒鉛材料の製造方法。 - 前記環化可能なポリマーは、ポリアクリロニトリル、又はアクリロニトリルと酢酸ビニルとの共重合体である、
ことを特徴とする請求項13乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の複合黒鉛材料の製造方法。 - 前記環化可能なポリマーの数平均分子量は、50000~150000Daである、
ことを特徴とする請求項13乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の複合黒鉛材料の製造方法。 - 前記環化可能なポリマーの数平均分子量は、80000~120000Daである、
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の複合黒鉛材料の製造方法。 - 工程(3)において、350~400℃の温度で前記粉末を熱処理し、及び/又は、
前記熱処理の時間は、3~6時間である、
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の複合黒鉛材料の製造方法。 - 前記熱処理の時間は、3.5~5時間である、
ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の複合黒鉛材料の製造方法。 - 負極活性材料を含有する負極シートを有する二次電池であって、
前記負極活性材料は、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の複合黒鉛材料を含有する、
ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項21に記載の二次電池を備える、ことを特徴とする装置。
