第11の予め設定された分割サブ条件:第1のノードに対応する画像領域の幅対高さの比が第5の予め設定された閾値以上である場合、第1のノードに対応する候補分割モードセットは、四分木分割を含まない。
Claims (4)
- デバイスであって、
ビデオの符号化データを記憶するように構成された記憶モジュールであり、
前記符号化データは、
第1レベルの符号化ツリーのノード分割モード情報を表す1つ以上のフラグであり、前記第1レベルの符号化ツリーのルートノードは、1つの符号化ツリーユニットCTUに対応し、前記第1レベルの符号化ツリーのサブノードは、前記第1レベルの符号化ツリーの前記ルートノードと、前記第1レベルの符号化ツリーの前記ノード分割モード情報に対応するノード分割モードとを使用することにより識別される、1つ以上のフラグと、
第2レベルの符号化ツリーのノード分割モード情報を表す1つ以上のフラグであり、前記第2レベルの符号化ツリーの前記ノード分割モード情報は、水平三分割モード又は垂直三分割モードが前記第2レベルの符号化ツリーの第1のノードを3つの子ノードに分割するために使用されることを示し、前記第2レベルの符号化ツリーのルートノードは、前記第1レベルの符号化ツリーの前記サブノードである、1つ以上のフラグと、
前記第1のノードの前記3つの子ノードに含まれる第1の子ノードのノード分割モード情報を表す1つ以上のフラグであり、前記第1の子ノードの前記ノード分割モード情報により示される前記第1の子ノードの分割モードは、前記第2レベルの符号化ツリーの前記第1のノードが前記水平三分割モードにより分割される場合に水平二分割モードではなく、或いは、前記第2レベルの符号化ツリーの前記第1のノードが前記垂直三分割モードにより分割される場合に垂直二分割モードではない、1つ以上のフラグと
を含む、記憶モジュールと、
前記符号化データを他のデバイスに送信するように構成された送信モジュールと
を含むデバイス。 - 当該デバイスは、他のデバイスから情報を受信するように構成された受信モジュールを更に含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の子ノードに対応する画像領域の面積は、前記第1のノードの前記3つの子ノードに対応する画像領域の面積の中で最も大きい、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1レベルの符号化ツリーの前記ノード分割モード情報に対応する前記ノード分割モードは、四分木分割モードである、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
