Claims (5)
- 第1の電源と前記第1の電源よりも定格電圧が低い第2の電源とを接続しゲート駆動回路から供給されるゲート駆動電圧によりゲートが駆動される電圧制御型の半導体スイッチを制御するスイッチ制御装置であって、
前記第1の電源の電圧V1と前記第2の電源の電圧V2との差である電位差ΔV(=V1-V2)が、正の第1の所定値以上又は前記第1の所定値より大きい場合、前記半導体スイッチをONの状態にし、
前記電位差ΔVが、前記第1の所定値より小さい又は前記第1の所定値以下であり、且つ、0以下の第2の所定値より大きい又は前記第2の所定値以上である場合、前記ゲート駆動回路にPWM信号を出力して前記半導体スイッチを連続的又は断続的にハーフオンの状態にし、
前記電位差ΔVが前記第2の所定値以下又は前記第2の所定値より小さい場合、前記半導体スイッチをOFFの状態にするスイッチ制御装置。 - 前記電位差ΔVが、前記第1の所定値より小さい又は前記第1の所定値以下であり、且つ、前記第2の所定値より大きい又は前記第2の所定値以上である場合、前記ゲート駆動回路に前記PWM信号とON信号とを交互に送信することにより前記半導体スイッチを交互にハーフオンの状態とONの状態とにする請求項1に記載のスイッチ制御装置。
- 前記半導体スイッチは、電界効果トランジスタスイッチである請求項1又は2に記載のスイッチ制御装置。
- 第1の電源と前記第1の電源よりも定格電圧が低い第2の電源とを接続しゲート駆動回路から供給されるゲート駆動電圧によりゲートが駆動される電圧制御型の半導体スイッチを、スイッチ制御装置を用いて制御するスイッチ制御方法であって、
前記第1の電源の電圧V1と前記第2の電源の電圧V2との差である電位差ΔV(=V1-V2)が、正の第1の所定値以上又は前記第1の所定値より大きい場合、前記半導体スイッチをONの状態にし、
前記電位差ΔVが、前記第1の所定値より小さい又は前記第1の所定値以下であり、且つ、0以下の第2の所定値より大きい又は前記第2の所定値以上である場合、前記ゲート駆動回路にPWM信号を出力して前記半導体スイッチを連続的又は断続的にハーフオンの状態にし、
前記電位差ΔVが前記第2の所定値以下又は前記第2の所定値より小さい場合、前記半導体スイッチをOFFの状態にするスイッチ制御方法。 - 請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載のスイッチ制御装置と、
前記スイッチ制御装置によって制御される前記半導体スイッチと、
前記半導体スイッチに前記ゲート駆動電圧を供給する前記ゲート駆動回路と、
前記半導体スイッチによって接続される前記第1の電源及び前記第2の電源と
を備える車載電源システム。
