Claims (12)
- エアロゾル発生システム用のカートリッジであって、
カートリッジくぼみを画定する容器と、
前記カートリッジくぼみ内に位置付けられたサセプタ材料であって、前記サセプタ材料が複数の相互接続された隙間を画定するものと、
室温で固体であるゲルの形態のエアロゾル形成基体であって、前記ゲルが前記複数の相互接続された隙間内に位置付けられているものとを備え、
前記サセプタ材料が、
金属フィラメントの束を含む金属ウールであって、前記金属フィラメント間の空間が前記複数の相互接続された隙間を形成する、金属ウール、
金属発泡体、
の少なくとも一つを含む、
カートリッジ。 - 前記サセプタ材料が強磁性金属材料を含む、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記サセプタ材料がフェライト鉄、強磁性鋼、ステンレス鋼、およびアルミニウムのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1または2に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記金属発泡体が複数の開放セルを備える開放セル発泡体であり、前記複数の開放セルが前記複数の相互接続された隙間を形成する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジくぼみが、閉端部および開端部を有するブラインドくぼみである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記サセプタ材料および前記エアロゾル形成基体がシールによって前記カートリッジくぼみ内に密封されるように、前記カートリッジくぼみの前記開端部を横切って延びる前記シールをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ゲルが熱可逆性ゲルである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ゲルが少なくとも摂氏50度の溶解温度を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ゲルがニコチンまたはたばこ製品のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジと、
エアロゾル発生装置であって、
前記カートリッジを受容するための装置くぼみを画定するハウジングと、
前記カートリッジが前記装置くぼみ内に受容された時に前記サセプタ材料を加熱するように配置された誘導発熱体を備える電気ヒーターと、
電力供給源と、
前記電力供給源から前記電気ヒーターへの電力の供給を制御するためのコントローラとを備えるエアロゾル発生装置と、を備えるエアロゾル発生システム。 - エアロゾル発生システムで使用するためのカートリッジを組み立てる方法であって、
カートリッジくぼみを画定する容器を提供する工程と、
サセプタ材料を前記カートリッジくぼみ内に挿入する工程であって、前記サセプタ材料が複数の相互接続された隙間を画定する工程と、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記カートリッジくぼみの中へと挿入する工程と、
前記液体エアロゾル形成基体をゲル化して、室温で固体であるゲルを形成する工程であって、前記ゲルが前記複数の相互接続された隙間内に位置付けられている工程とを含み、
前記サセプタ材料が、
金属フィラメントの束を含む金属ウールであって、前記金属フィラメント間の空間が前記複数の相互接続された隙間を形成する、金属ウール、
金属発泡体、
の少なくとも一つを含む、
方法。 - 前記カートリッジくぼみが、閉端部および開端部を有するブラインドくぼみであり、前記方法が、
前記カートリッジくぼみの前記開端部を横切ってシールを位置付ける工程と、
前記サセプタ材料および前記ゲルが前記シールによって前記カートリッジくぼみ内に密封されるように、前記容器に前記シールを貼って密封する工程とをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
