Claims (8)
- 加工対象物に成形層を積層させて三次元形状物を形成する三次元積層装置であって、
前記加工対象物の加工面に向けて粉末材料を供給する粉末供給部と、
前記粉末材料に光ビームを照射して前記光ビームが照射された前記粉末材料の少なくとも一部を焼結または溶融固化させて前記成形層を形成する光照射部と、
前記加工対象物の形状に基づいて前記粉末供給部から噴射される前記粉末材料の前記加工対象物に対する干渉情報を取得する干渉情報取得部と、
前記干渉情報取得部が取得した前記干渉情報に基づいて前記粉末供給部が前記加工対象物の加工面に向けて供給する前記粉末材料の供給経路を変更する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする三次元積層装置。 - 前記粉末供給部は、前記光照射部の周囲に周方向に所定間隔を空けて設けられる複数の粉末噴射部を有し、前記制御部は、前記複数の粉末噴射部のうち、前記加工対象物への干渉が推定される前記粉末材料を噴射する前記粉末噴射部からの前記粉末材料の噴射を停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三次元積層装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記加工対象物への干渉が推定される前記粉末材料を噴射する前記粉末噴射部からの前記粉末材料の噴射を停止したとき、前記粉末材料の噴射を停止した前記粉末噴射部以外の前記粉末噴射部からの前記粉末材料の噴射量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の三次元積層装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記加工対象物への干渉が推定される前記粉末材料を噴射する前記粉末噴射部からの前記粉末材料の噴射を停止したとき、前記光照射部が照射する前記光ビームの出力を調整することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の三次元積層装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記加工対象物への干渉が推定される前記粉末材料を噴射する前記粉末噴射部からの前記粉末材料の噴射を停止したとき、前記加工対象物の加工速度を調整することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の三次元積層装置。
- 前記干渉情報取得部は、予め前記加工対象物の形状を取得し、取得した前記加工対象物の形状に基づいて前記粉末供給部と前記光照射部の作動プログラムが設定され、前記制御部は、前記作動プログラムに基づいて前記粉末供給部または前記光照射部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の三次元積層装置。
- 前記干渉情報取得部は、前記粉末供給部から供給される前記粉末材料の前記加工対象物への到達状況を検出または推定する検出器を有し、前記制御部は、前記検出器の検出結果に基づいて前記粉末供給部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の三次元積層装置。
- 加工対象物に成形層を積層させて三次元形状物を形成する三次元積層方法であって、
前記加工対象物の加工面に向けて粉末材料を供給する工程と、
前記粉末材料に光ビームを照射して前記光ビームが照射された前記粉末材料の少なくとも一部を焼結または溶融固化させて前記成形層を形成する工程と、
前記加工対象物の形状に基づいて前記粉末材料の前記加工対象物に対する干渉情報を取得する工程と、
前記干渉情報に基づいて前記加工対象物の加工面に向けて供給する前記粉末材料の供給経路を変更する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする三次元積層方法。
