前記回折格子は、前記第2の反射面からの光を0でない回折次数で第1の方向に回折する、

請求項1に記載のスペクトル符号化内視鏡。 - 前記光学系は、GRINレンズを含むスペーサをさらに含み、前記スペーサは、前記第1の導波路の前記出力ポートと前記第1の反射面との間に位置し、前記GRINレンズの光出射端部は、前記第1の反射面が内部全反射面になるよう、所定の方向に傾斜している、請求項15に記載のスペクトル符号化内視鏡。
- 前記スペクトル符号化内視鏡の端部部分の回転中心と、前記回折格子から出てくる光ビームの中心との間のギャップは、前記スペクトル符号化内視鏡の前記端部部分に外接する円の直径の1/10未満である、請求項15に記載のスペクトル符号化内視鏡。
- 前記第1の反射面は、単一の支持構造と薄層との間の境界面であり、前記回折格子は、前記薄層上にあり、前記支持構造の屈折率N1および前記薄層の屈折率N2は、N2/N1<0.8を満足する、請求項15に記載のスペクトル符号化内視鏡。
- 前記薄層は、空隙であり、前記薄層の前記屈折率N2は、N2=1を満足する、請求項18に記載のスペクトル符号化内視鏡。
- 前記回折格子は、カバーガラスによって支持されている、請求項19に記載のスペクトル符号化内視鏡。
- 前記回折格子を形成する部材は、前記薄層を兼ねている、請求項18に記載のスペクトル符号化内視鏡。
- 光源と、

前記光源からの光を第1の導波路の出力ポートへ導くための第1の導波路と、
少なくとも第1の反射面および第2の反射面を含む光学系と、
回折格子と、

前記光学系は、前記スペクトル符号化内視鏡の先端部分に配置され、前記光学系は、照明光を発出し、または照明光を発出しかつ検出光を受光するように動作し、
前記第1の反射面は、前記第1の導波路の前記出力ポートからの光を前記第2の反射面へ反射するように配置されており、
前記第2の反射面は、前記第1の反射面からの光を、前記第1の反射面を通して前記回折格子へ後方反射するように配置されており、
前記回折格子は、前記第2の反射面からの光を0でない回折次数で第1の方向に回折し、
さらに、光を集光し、前記集光された光を前記検出器へ送るための第2の導波路を備える、

前記第2の反射面は、前記第1の反射面からの前記光の第2の部分を、前記第2の回折格子を通して透過させるように配置されており、
前記第1の回折格子は、前記第2の反射面から反射された光を0でない回折次数で第1の方向に回折し、
前記第2の回折格子は、前記第2の反射面を通して透過された光を0でない回折次数で前記第1の方向と異なる第2の方向に回折する、
