Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used in various waterproof structures, ceiling structures, etc., and does not require fixtures, tools, or fastening thereof, can be more easily constructed, and can be reliably fixed with a smaller number of holding members. The present invention relates to a method and structure for fixing a building board that can be used.

Conventionally, as a structure (construction method) for attaching a building board to a foundation or the like using a holding material, the building board is faced from above to a holding member preliminarily attached to the foundation, and the forming part is engaged. , 2, and Patent Documents 3 and 4, in which the holding member is fixed to the base by engaging (locking) the holding member with the molded portion of the building board laid (placed) on the base. configuration is adopted.

特許第3510128号公報Japanese Patent No. 3510128 特許第3949344号公報Japanese Patent No. 3949344 特許第5420312号公報Japanese Patent No. 5420312 特開2001-123590号公報JP-A-2001-123590

However, in Patent Documents 1 and 2, since it is an elastic fitting type structure in which the building plate material is fitted to the holding member by utilizing the elastic deformation and restoration, the building plate material to be used and the like are shaped and the holding member is adjusted. There is a problem that high precision is required for mounting. Furthermore, in some cases, this structure requires contradictory performances of ease of fitting and difficulty of detachment.

On the other hand, in Patent Documents 3 and 4, most of them are attached to the engaging portion of the exterior material in a hugging manner from above. Although there is no need to take into consideration the workability, there is a problem that the workability is inferior. Furthermore, this structure requires fixtures and tools such as screws and bolts for fixing, and thus construction is time-consuming.

Therefore, the present invention is used in various waterproof structures, ceiling structures, etc., does not require fixtures and fastening, etc., can be constructed more easily, and can be securely fixed with a smaller number of holding members. It is an object of the present invention to propose a method of fixing a board material for construction and a fixing structure thereof.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and is a method of fixing a building board using a holding member and an auxiliary member, wherein the holding member comprises a vertical piece and a lower end of the vertical piece extending laterally. and an inclined piece formed by bending the upper end of the vertical piece downward. The inclined piece and the vertical piece form an engaging portion, and the auxiliary member is The construction board has an engaging portion formed in a folded upper end at the side end of the face plate portion, and the holding member is fixed to the base. a first step of forming a state in which the edge of the face plate portion is placed on the horizontal piece of the holding member; a second step of inserting the insertion portion of the auxiliary material from the side into the opening; and a third step of engaging with the engaging portion of the holding member from below.

Further, the present invention is a structure for fixing building boards using a holding member and an auxiliary material, wherein the holding member comprises a vertical piece, a horizontal piece extending laterally from the lower end of the vertical piece, and an inclined piece formed by bending the upper end of the vertical piece downward, and the inclined piece and the vertical piece form an engaging portion, and the auxiliary material is wedge-shaped when viewed from the side. The construction plate has engaged portions formed by folding the rising upper ends of the side ends of the face plate portion, and the edge of the face plate portion is placed on the horizontal piece of the holding member. In this state, the inserting portion of the auxiliary material is interposed below the edge of the face plate portion from the opening formed at the lower end of the vertical piece of the holding member, so that the cover of the building plate is inserted. The present invention also proposes a structure for fixing building boards, wherein the engaging portion is engaged with the engaging portion of the holding member.

In the method of fixing a building board according to the present invention, the edge of the face plate portion of the building board is placed on the horizontal piece of the holding member in the first step, and the edge is fixed in the second step. By inserting an auxiliary material from the side through an opening formed in the lower end of the vertical piece of the holding member below the edge, the edge is pushed up, and the engaged portion pushed up in the third step is It engages with the engaging portion of the holding member from below, does not require fixing tools such as screws and bolts, and does not require tightening, etc., is extremely easy to construct, and has a structure with extremely high mounting strength. Become. Moreover, even if the folding angle of the engaging portion of the holding member is large, for example, even if the forming angle is smaller than an acute angle that approximates a substantially right angle, or even if the folding length is long, there is no problem in construction. , an extremely deep and stable engagement state can be obtained. In addition, in the present invention, high precision is not required for forming the building plate materials and attaching the holding members.
Therefore, the structure obtained by this method is expected to be widely applicable to various lower layer structures, interior and exterior structures, ceiling structures, etc. as a structure with high mounting strength.

Furthermore, since the fixing structure of the building plate material does not require fixtures such as screws and bolts, tools, and tightening thereof, as described above, it is suitably used for ceiling structures in high places, for example. be able to. In addition, it is expected that the building plate material can be widely applied as various lower layer materials, interior and exterior materials, ceiling materials, and the like.

A method for fixing a building board according to the present invention includes a first step of forming a state in which a holding member is fixed to a base and an edge of a face plate portion of the building board is placed on a horizontal piece of the holding member; a second step of disposing an inserting portion for an auxiliary member from the side from an opening formed in a lower end of a vertical piece of the holding member below the edge of the face plate; and a third step in which the edge of the portion is pushed upward, and the pushed-up engaged portion is engaged with the engaging portion of the holding member from below.

The construction board used in this fixing method has a structure in which the engaged portion is formed by folding back the rising upper end of the side end of the face plate portion.
The holding member has a vertical piece, a horizontal piece extending laterally from the lower end of the vertical piece, and an inclined piece formed by bending the upper end of the vertical piece downward. It is the structure formed by forming an engaging part with a piece and the said vertical piece.
Further, the auxiliary member has a wedge-shaped insertion portion when viewed from the side.
As described above, the members used in the present invention have a simple structure and do not have complicated shape restrictions, and therefore can be widely applied to various lower layer structures, interior and exterior structures, ceiling structures, and the like.

As described above, the construction plate material is not particularly limited as long as it has an engaged portion formed by folding back the rising edge of the side end of the face plate portion.
For example, as in the illustrated embodiment described later, at one end of the face plate portion, there is a slanted piece portion provided with a drain slope in which the upper end of the one-side rising portion is inclined downward, and a superimposed portion provided with a vertical piece portion and an upper piece portion on the outside thereof. , may be used.
In addition, at the other end of the face plate portion, there is an engaged portion in which the tip of the other side rising portion is folded back to one side, and a drainage groove below the engaging portion, and a superimposed portion that is in contact with the superposed portion in a connected state. You may make it have a part. In this case, one end and the other end of the adjacent building plate materials can be connected so as to form a watertight space whose upper surface is the sloped piece portion having the drainage slope.

Furthermore, the superimposed portion and the superposed portion may be formed in a vertical cross shape and superimposed, as in the embodiment shown in the drawings which will be described later. In this case, one end and the other end of adjacent building boards can be connected so that the overlapped portion overlaps the overlapped portion in an overhanging manner.
In addition, although the vertical piece is formed vertically in the illustrated embodiment described later, it may be formed horizontally (in that case, the horizontal piece instead of the vertical piece). can be formed in any way.

As described above, the holding member has a vertical piece, a horizontal piece with the lower end of the vertical piece extending sideways, and an inclined piece with the upper end of the vertical piece bent downward. Other configurations are not particularly limited as long as the inclined piece and the vertical piece form an engaging portion. For example, the horizontal piece may extend left or right or both. Also, the engaging portion is not particularly limited, and for example, even if the folding angle is about 45 degrees, there is no problem. Alternatively, even if the folded length is long, there is no problem.

Further, the holding member may have an opening into which an auxiliary member can be inserted at the lower end of the vertical piece. Needless to say, this opening has a size that allows insertion of the auxiliary material inserting portion. In this case, it is desirable to provide locking means for stable attachment in either or both of the opening and the auxiliary member. It should be noted that the stable attachment means a state in which excessive (excessive) insertion (driving) and removal (return) of the auxiliary material do not occur, which will be shown in specific examples in the illustrated embodiments to be described later. be.

As described above, the auxiliary member is not particularly limited to any other configuration as long as it has a wedge-shaped insertion portion when viewed from the side.
As the above-described locking means, as in the illustrated embodiments to be described later, an expanding piece-like abutment projection provided at the rear end of the insertion portion and a flip-up piece-like locking projection provided at the upper end of the insertion portion are The opening of the holding member can be stably attached without providing a special configuration.

The first to third steps constituting the present invention will be described below.
First, in the first step, the holding member is fixed to the base and the edge of the face plate portion of the building plate is placed on the horizontal piece of the holding member. After the holding members are fixed, the building board may be dropped between adjacent holding members, or the building board may be placed in a predetermined position in advance and then the holding member may be fixed to the base. good too. In other words, in either method, it is sufficient that the edge of the face plate portion of the building plate is placed on the horizontal piece of the holding member.

Next, in the second step, the inserting portion of the auxiliary material is placed from the side below the edge of the face plate portion of the building plate. Since it is placed on the horizontal piece of the holding member in the process, the inserting portion of the auxiliary member may be arranged so as to abut against the horizontal piece of the holding member. By arranging this auxiliary material, the end edge of the face plate portion of the building plate is pushed upward by the wedge-shaped insertion portion when viewed from the side. If an opening into which the auxiliary material can be inserted is formed at the lower end of the vertical piece of the holding member, this second step is nothing other than inserting the auxiliary material into this opening. Further, the fact that the edge of the face plate portion is pushed upward means that the engaged portion formed by folding the rising edge of the side end of the face plate portion is also pushed upward together.

Further, in the third step, the engaged portion pushed up in the second step engages with the engaging portion of the holding member from below. In this way, since the engaged portion is engaged with the engaging portion of the holding member in a substantially vertical manner from below to above, the folding angle of the engaging portion does not pose a problem at all.
In addition, the method of fixing the board material for building according to the present invention does not require fasteners such as screws and bolts, tools, and tightening thereof, so that the construction can be performed more easily and reliably, and the number of holding members can be reduced. can be fixed.

In addition, in this fixing method, the building plate material can be used for many underlaying materials, interior and exterior materials, ceiling materials, etc., and does not require fixing tools such as screws and bolts, and tightening thereof. Therefore, it is expected to be used for various lower layer structures, interior and exterior structures, ceiling structures, etc. In addition, in the present invention, high precision is not required for forming the building plate materials and attaching the holding members.

In the fixing method (structure) of the building board 1 using the holding member 2 and the auxiliary material 3 of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. From the state where it is placed on the horizontal piece 22 , the auxiliary material 3 is arranged from the side below the edge to push up the edge, and the engaged portion 16 thus pushed up engages the holding member 2 . It engages with the joining portion 24 from below.

The construction board 1, the holding member 2, and the auxiliary material 3 used in the fixing method (structure) will be described below.
The construction board 1 has an engaged portion 16 formed by folding the upper end of the side end of the face plate portion 11. At (the left end in FIG. 2), an inclined piece portion 13 having a draining slope in which the upper end of one side rising portion 12 is inclined downward, a vertically long vertical piece portion 14 whose lower end is bent upward, and the tip thereof and an overlapping portion 18 having a horizontally bent upper piece portion 15 .
At the other end (the right end in FIG. 2) of the face plate portion 11, an engaged portion 16 formed by folding the tip of the other side rising portion 12' to one side and a drain groove 17 below the engaged portion 16 are connected in a connected state. It has an overlapped portion 18' that is in contact with the overlapped portion 18. FIG.
Since the superimposed portion 18 and the superposed portion 18' are formed in a vertical cross shape, one end and the other end of the adjacent building board members 1, 1 can be superimposed in an overhang shape. , one end and the other end of adjacent building plate materials 1, 1 can be connected so as to form a watertight space 19 whose upper surface is the sloped piece portion 16 having the drain slope.
The watertight space 19 is a hollow space formed in the direction of flow by connecting the adjacent building plates 1, 1, and the inclined piece portion 13 is a portion that becomes the upper surface of the watertight space 19. Even if rainwater or the like enters from the fastener driven into the overlapped portion 18 and reaches the inclined piece portion 13 along the vertical piece portion 14, the back surface of the inclined piece portion 13 has a drainage slope. It is possible to prevent rainwater or the like from running down (lower surface) against gravity. As a matter of course, rainwater or the like running along the back surface (lower surface) of the inclined piece portion 13 falls into the waterproof space 19 and is drained in the drainage groove 17 .

The engaged portion 16 is a portion obtained by folding back the tip of the other-side rising portion 12', and the portion extending to one side of the engaged portion 16 is a drainage groove 17. , a U-shaped portion that becomes the lower surface of the waterproof space 19 . Therefore, even if rainwater or the like enters from the fasteners driven into the overlapped portion 18 and the overlapped portion 18' and reaches the waterproof space 19 along the vertical piece portion 14', the waterproof space 19 will remain intact. It also serves as a drainage space, and rainwater or the like can be drained along the flow direction by the drainage groove 17 .

The holding member 2 has a vertical piece 21, a horizontal piece 22 extending laterally from the lower end of the vertical piece 21, and an inclined piece 23 formed by bending the upper end of the vertical piece 21 downward. An engaging portion 24 is formed by the inclined piece 23 and the vertical piece 21 to form an approximately L-shaped piece material. It is formed at an angle (formation angle of 20 degrees) that cannot be said to be a right angle.
A substantially rectangular opening 211 is formed at the lower end of the vertical piece 21 , and the size of the opening is slightly larger than the size of the inserting portion 31 of the auxiliary member 3 .

The auxiliary member 3 is a piece member having an insertion portion 31 which is wedge-shaped when viewed from the side. A locking projection 33 in the form of a flip-up piece is provided on the upper surface of the insertion portion 31 .

The first step in the present invention is shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b). That is, FIG. 2(a) shows a state in which the holding member 2 is fixed to the base 4 in advance, and then the building board 1 is dropped between the adjacent holding members 2, 2. As shown in FIG. In FIG. 2B, the edge of the face plate portion 11 of the building board 1 that has been dropped is placed on the horizontal piece 22 of the holding member 2 . However, the first step is not limited to this mode, and may be a mode in which the holding member 2 is fixed to the base 4 after the building board 1 is arranged in advance at a predetermined position.
2(a) to 2(d), the left side shows a state in which the auxiliary member 3 has already been attached.

In the second step of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2(c), the insertion portion 31 of the auxiliary member 3 is placed from the side below the edge of the face plate portion 11 of the building plate 1. . FIG. 2(c) shows a state in which the auxiliary member 3 is inserted into the opening 211 from the back side (right side of the drawing) of the vertical piece 21, and the edge of the face plate portion 11 is pushed up as the insertion is performed. , the engaged portion 16 approaches the engaging portion 24 of the holding member 2 .

In the third step of the present invention, the engaged portion 16 pushed up in the second step engages with the engaging portion 24 of the holding member 2 from below.
Since the engaged portion 16 is engaged with the engaging portion 24 of the holding member 2 in a substantially vertical manner from below to above, the folding angle of the engaging portion 24 does not pose any problem.
In addition, the method of fixing the board for construction according to the present invention does not require fixture tools such as screws and bolts, nor does it require tightening, etc., and can be carried out more easily and reliably, and can be carried out with fewer holding members. can be fixed.

Incidentally, the contact projection 32 and the locking projection 33 of the auxiliary member 3 will be explained with reference to the perspective view shown in FIG. Of these, the abutment projections 32 are provided at the rear end of the insertion portion 31 in the form of laterally expanding pieces as shown in FIG. It is provided in pieces.
As shown in FIG. 2(c), when the auxiliary member 3 is inserted into the opening 211 from the back side of the vertical piece 21, the contact projections 22, 22 come into contact with the opening edge of the opening 211. Since they are in contact with each other, further excessive insertion can be prevented. Further, when the locking projection 33 passes through the opening 211, the locking projection 33 jumps up and its upper end locks with the opening 211, so that it can be prevented from slipping back. As described above, the contact projection 32 and the locking projection 33 are locking means for preventing excessive (excessive) insertion (injection) and removal (return) of the auxiliary material 3, but are not limited to these. A locking means may be provided in the opening 211 of the holding member 2 .

As described above, in the fixing method of the present invention, the edge of the face plate portion 11 of the building board 1 is placed on the horizontal piece 22 of the holding member 2 in the first step, and the second step is performed. By inserting the auxiliary member 3 from the side below the edge in the step 2, the edge is pushed up, and the engaged portion 16 pushed up in the third step is engaged with the holding member 2. Since it is engaged with the portion 24 from below, it does not require fixtures, tools, and tightening thereof, and even if the angle of folding back of the engaging portion 24 of the holding member 2 is large, there is no problem in construction. And a stable engagement state can be obtained.
Therefore, the building board 1 is expected to be widely applicable as various lower layer materials, interior and exterior materials, ceiling materials, and the like.

In addition, the fixing structure constructed by the fixing method of the first embodiment is such that the adjacent building boards 1, 1 are arranged so that a watertight space 19 is formed with an inclined piece portion 16 having a drain slope as an upper surface. Since it is connected, even if rainwater or the like enters from the fixed portion such as a screw, that is, the joint portion between the upper piece portion 15 of the overlapped portion 18 and the upper piece portion 15' of the overlapped portion 18', the waterproof space 19 is prevented from entering. It has a high waterproof performance that can surely drain water in the drainage groove 17 of the.

The fixing structure shown in FIG. 3(a) is obtained by attaching the building board 1 of the first embodiment to the foundation 4 with the holding member 2. As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3(c), the holding member 2 in this illustrated embodiment has a vertical piece 21 and an inclined piece 23 formed by bending the upper end of the vertical piece 21 downward to form an engaging portion 24. An auxiliary member 3 which is an L-shaped molded body and has a wedge-shaped insertion portion 31 in a side view is inserted from the back side (right side in the figure) of the vertical piece 21 as indicated by the dotted arrow in the figure. As a result, the edge of the face plate portion 11 of the building plate 1 can be pushed upward, and the engaging portion 16 of the building plate 1 can be engaged with the engaging portion 24 of the holding member 2 .

In the fixing structure having such a configuration, the engaged portion 16 of the building board 1 is pushed up from below to engage with the engaging portion 24 of the holding member 2 having a large folding angle, so that the engagement is extremely high. The fixing structure is deep and has high mounting strength.
In addition, since the adjacent building boards 1, 1 in the illustrated embodiment are connected so as to form a watertight space 19 whose top surface is the inclined piece portion 16 having a drain slope, even a fixed structure with watertightness can be used. be.

A heat insulating material 5 molded into a shape that can be arranged on the side and can be connected in a phase-jackle shape is arranged to form a substantially full heat insulating layer, and then the exterior material 6 is divided into upper and lower parts. The hangers (7A, 7B) are laid on the heat insulating layer together with the cap material 6B. In the state in which this heat insulating layer is formed, the overlapping portions of the overlapping portion 18 and the overlapped portion 18', which are the fixed portions of the fixture, cannot be seen from above, so it is desirable to provide a mark or the like indicating the overlapping portions.
The heat insulating material 5 used here is a molded plate made of synthetic resin. may be

The exterior material 6 laid on the heat insulating layer is used as an overlaying material for the building plate material 1 used as the underlaying material. Side edge portions 62, 62 are provided to elastically engage with 7A, and a backing material 6c is attached below the side edge portion 62 and on the back side of the flat plate portion 61. As shown in FIG.
The lower hanger 7A is an inverted π-shaped piece-shaped molded body, and penetrates a part of the heat insulating material 5 from the bottom surface 71 with the fixture 7c to extend the overlapped portion 18 and the overlapped portion 18'. It is fixed to the polymerized portion.
The upper hanger 7B connected to the lower hanger 7A is a piece-shaped molded body having a substantially H shape and having grooves 72, 72 whose bottom is open to the left and right. are combined.
The cap material 6B is an inverted U-shaped continuous material that can be attached so as to cover the upper hanger 7B, and has engaging portions 63, 63 that can be elastically fitted to the left and right leg pieces. is formed.

Then, in a state in which the lower hanger 7A is fixed to the overlapped portions of the overlapped portion 18 and the overlapped portion 18', the exterior material 6 is elastically engaged, and then the upper hanger 7B is lifted from above. The side edges 62, 62 of the exterior material 6 are held by the grooves 72, 72 so as to be covered from above while being engaged and integrally connected. After that, the cap material 6B is attached so as to cover the upper hanger 7B, and the engaging portions 63, 63 are elastically attached to the side edges 62, 62 of the exterior material 6 from the outside of the upper hanger 7B. Mate.

Since the construction plate material 1 is used as the underlaying material, the exterior structure constructed in this way can be applied to various roofs, outer walls, etc. as an exterior structure having a waterproof structure with high mounting strength.

In this waterproof structure, as described above, since the construction board 1 having the vertically long vertical pieces 14, 14' is used, when constructing the waterproof layer 80, the positions at which the fasteners 8c are to be driven are specified. Therefore, it is possible to easily and reliably fix the overlapped portions of the overlapped portion 18 and the overlapped portion 18'.
