Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る滑り軸受10を例示した図である。滑り軸受10は、例えば自動車のエンジンのシリンダブロックB(ハウジングの一例)においてクランクシャフトSを支持する滑り軸受の一例である。クランクシャフトSは、円柱形状の軸であり、滑り軸受10に対し相対的に回転する。クランクシャフトSは、滑り軸受10に対する相手軸の一例である。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されることなく、他の様々な形態で実施可能である。例えば、上述の実施形態を以下のように変形して本発明を実施してもよい。なお、上述した実施形態及び以下の変形例は、各々を組み合わせてもよい。

Claims (3)
- ハウジングにより支持される外周面及び相手軸と摺動する摺動面を含む内周面を有する半割軸受と、
前記外周面に取り付けられるワッシャと
を有し、
前記ワッシャは、前記外周面に対向する面に第1凸部及び第2凸部を有し、
前記半割軸受は、前記外周面側から前記第1凸部が挿入される第1凹部と、前記外周面側から前記第2凸部が挿入される第2凹部を有し、
前記半割軸受とワッシャとは溶接されておらず、
前記相手軸の軸方向の力が前記ワッシャに作用したときは前記第1凸部が前記第1凹部にかかると共に、前記第2凸部が前記第2凹部にかかり、
前記第1凸部と前記第2凸部にカシメ跡がなく、
前記第1凹部と前記第2凹部の周囲にカシメ跡がなく、
前記第1凹部及び前記第2凹部は、軸方向の端部に開口していない
滑り軸受。 - 前記第1凸部は、前記ワッシャの内周面の中心と前記ワッシャの内周面の周方向の第1端とを結ぶ第1仮想線と、前記中心から前記内周面の方向に伸び前記第1仮想線とのなす角度が30度の第2仮想線との間に位置し、
前記第2凸部は、前記ワッシャの内周面の中心と前記ワッシャの内周面の周方向の第2端とを結ぶ第3仮想線と、前記中心から前記内周面の方向に伸び前記第3仮想線とのなす角度が30度の第4仮想線との間に位置する
請求項1に記載の滑り軸受。 - 前記ワッシャは、前記第1端の内周面側に第1切欠きを有し、前記第2端の内周面側に第2切欠きを有し、
前記第1仮想線から前記第1切欠きの内周面側の端までの距離は、前記第1切欠きの内周面側の端から前記第1凸部までの距離より長く、
前記第2仮想線から前記第2切欠きの内周面側の端までの距離は、前記第2切欠きの内周面側の端から前記第2凸部までの距離より長い
請求項2に記載の滑り軸受。
