Description
Claims (9)
- バルブ本体(28)を備え、
前記バルブ本体(28)は、
中心軸(14)を有するナット(12)と、
前記ナット(12)内に螺合されたねじ(20)であって、前記ねじ(20)が前記ナット(12)を移動させるねじ軸線(A)を有しているねじ(20)と、
前記中心軸(14)に取り付けられ、前記中心軸(14)に対して軸方向及び回転可能に自由に動くように構成されたシール(16)と、
前記ナット(12)と前記シール(16)との間及び前記ナット(12)と前記ねじ(20)の基部との間に配置されたスライドベアリング(18)と、
前記シール(16)に対応して配置され、前記シール(16)に可逆的に係合可能なリップ(24)と、
前記ナット(12)の周囲に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの突起(22)と、
前記バルブ本体(28)の内側に位置しており、前記少なくとも1つの突起(22)が当接可能に構成されたリミッタ(26)と、
を格納し、
前記ねじ(20)の回転中、前記少なくとも1つの突起(22)が前記リミッタ(26)から離間しているとき、前記ねじ(20)が前記ナット(12)に固定され、前記ナット(12)が前記ねじ(20)と共に移動するように、前記ナット(12)が前記ねじ(20)を中心として回転するのを防止し、前記少なくとも1つの突起(22)がリミッタ(26)に当接しているとき、前記ナット(12)は回転し続けることができず、前記ねじ(20)がナット(12)を軸方向に移動させ、
前記スライドベアリング(18)により、バルブ(10)の開弁中と閉弁中のいずれにも前記シール(16)が前記リップ(24)上を摺動しない、電動バルブ(10)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの突起(22)が前記リミッタ(26)に当接する、請求項1に記載の電動バルブ(10)。
- 前記スライドベアリング(18)は低摩擦材料で作られた、又は低摩擦材料で被覆された2つ以上のリングである、請求項1に記載の電動バルブ(10)。
- 前記スライドベアリング(18)は前記中心軸(14)に対して軸方向に自由に動き、回転するように構成された、請求項1に記載の電動バルブ(10)。
- 前記電動バルブ(10)の開弁プロセスの終了時に、前記ナット(12)の後部が前記スライドベアリング(18)に対して摺動する、請求項1に記載の電動バルブ(10)。
- 前記電動バルブ(10)の開弁プロセスの終了時に、前記ねじ(20)の前部が前記ナット(12)の内側部分と接する、請求項1に記載の電動バルブ(10)。
- 前記ねじ(20)が前記ナット(12)の内側部分と接する際に摩擦を無視できる、請求項6に記載の電動バルブ(10)。
- 前記電動バルブ(10)の閉弁プロセスの終了時に、前記シール(16)は前記リップ(24)に対してそれらの間の相対運動なく軸方向に動く、請求項1に記載の電動バルブ(10)。
- 前記電動バルブ(10)の閉弁プロセスの終了時に、前記ナット(12)は前記スライドベアリング(18)を介して軸方向に前記シール(16)を押圧し、それにより前記シール(16)が前記リップ(24)に押し付けられる、請求項1記載の電動バルブ(10)。
