Description
実施例1から3及び比較例1から6では、ガラス組成物及びガラス試験片をそれぞれ以下のステップを有する方法により製造した。
実施例1から3及び比較例1から6では、ガラス組成物及びガラス試験片の物性評価のために以下の試験方法を採用した。物性評価の結果を表1に示す。
5グラム(g)のガラス組成物を高温の溶鉱炉に配置し、1500℃の恒温下で1.5時間加熱することで、完全に溶解した液状ガラスを得た。その後、液状ガラスは800℃まで余熱した焼鈍炉に配置し、徐々に室温にまで冷却することでガラスを形成した。このガラスの中心に64平方ミリメートル(mm)の正方形領域をマークし、この正方形領域内に存在する泡数を算出した。
ガラス試験片の誘電率(Dk)及び誘電正接(Df)を、プレシジョンインピーダンスアナライザー(型番:Agilent 4294A)を用いたASTM D150規格試験法により周波数1MHzで計測した。
2.25gのガラス組成物を高温の溶鉱炉に配置し、特定温度まで加熱し、16時間その特定温度を維持した。その後、ガラス組成物を高温の溶鉱炉から取り出し、据え置き、室温まで冷却した。その上で結晶の析出有無を観察した。析出を確認した場合、上記特定温度を失透温度として定義した。
Claims (3)
- SiO2を52重量%以上58重量%以下の範囲で含み、
Al2O3を12重量%以上16重量%以下の範囲で含み、
B2O3を16重量%以上26重量%以下の範囲で含み、
MgOを0重量%超2重量%以下の範囲で含み、
CaOを1重量%以上6重量%以下の範囲で含み、
TiO2を1重量%超5重量%未満の範囲で含み、
Na2Oを0重量%超0.6重量%以下の範囲で含み、
K2Oを0重量%以上5重量%以下の範囲で含み、
F2を0重量%以上1重量%以下の範囲で含み、
ZnOを1重量%以上5重量%以下の範囲で含み、
Fe2O3を0重量%超1重量%以下の範囲で含み、かつ
SO3を0.1重量%以上0.6重量%以下の範囲で含むガラス組成物。 - Li2O、Cr2O3、As2O3、Sb2O3、P2O5、ZrO2、Cl2、BeO及びSrOから選択される少なくとも1種の成分をさらに含む請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のガラス組成物を有するガラス繊維。
