Description
以下、本発明の実施例について図1から図4を参照して説明する。図1は電池モジュールの全体の外観を示し、図2はその電池モジュールの主要部分を分解した図を示し、図3はその電池モジュールの断面(図1中のA−A´矢視)を示し、図4は多層回路基板の断面(図2中のB−B´矢視)を示している。
上記本発明の実施例では、多層回路基板10の貫通孔11が電池20よりも小さく、筐体2の台座部4の厚みが、多層回路基板10の厚みよりも厚く、台座部4が多層回路基板10の表面よりも上方に突出する構造である。しかしながら、電池モジュール1を構成する多層回路基板10の厚みや電池20の外形には様々な仕様がある。

- 平板部及び前記平板部から突出する台座部を含む筐体と、
前記台座部が挿通される貫通孔が厚み方向に形成された回路基板と、
前記台座部に設置保持された電池と、
を備える電池モジュール。 - 前記回路基板の前記貫通孔に挿通される前記筐体の前記台座部は、前記貫通孔を貫通し
て、前記回路基板の表面よりも突出する、
請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記回路基板の前記貫通孔の開口寸法は、前記電池の外形寸法よりも小さい、
請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池は、前記筐体の前記台座部に、接着材料により固定される、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記回路基板の前記貫通孔の開口寸法は、前記電池の外形寸法よりも大きい、
