Description
燃料供給口が構成される燃料供給部に燃料フィルタを備えた燃料噴射弁において、
前記燃料フィルタは、前記燃料フィルタの周方向に沿い且つ中心軸線に沿って配置され、前記燃料フィルタの径方向内方から径方向外方に向かって流れる燃料に混入した異物を捕集する網状部材が設けられた濾過部を備え、
前記濾過部の上流側に、前記濾過部の内周面に沿って旋回しながら流下する燃料を発生する第1旋回燃料発生部を有し、
前記第1旋回燃料発生部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向に対して傾斜した傾斜面により構成され、
前記傾斜面に対して径方向内側に、前記中心軸線に沿う方向に延設された燃料通路が形成されると共に、前記燃料通路の底面から前記燃料供給口の側に向かって突出する突起が形成され、
前記突起は、燃料を前記濾過部の内周面に沿う方向に誘導する誘導部材を有し、前記濾過部の内周面に沿って旋回しながら流下する燃料を発生する第2旋回燃料発生部を構成する。
Claims (5)
- 燃料供給口が構成される燃料供給部に燃料フィルタを備えた燃料噴射弁において、
前記燃料フィルタは、前記燃料フィルタの周方向に沿い且つ中心軸線に沿って配置され、前記燃料フィルタの径方向内方から径方向外方に向かって流れる燃料に混入した異物を捕集する網状部材が設けられた濾過部を備え、
前記濾過部の上流側に、前記濾過部の内周面に沿って旋回しながら流下する燃料を発生する第1旋回燃料発生部を有し、
前記第1旋回燃料発生部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向に対して傾斜した傾斜面により構成され、
前記傾斜面に対して径方向内側に、前記中心軸線に沿う方向に延設された燃料通路が形成されると共に、前記燃料通路の底面から前記燃料供給口の側に向かって突出する突起が形成され、
前記突起は、燃料を前記濾過部の内周面に沿う方向に誘導する誘導部材を有し、前記濾過部の内周面に沿って旋回しながら流下する燃料を発生する第2旋回燃料発生部を構成する燃料噴射弁。 - 燃料が流入する燃料供給部に燃料フィルタを備えた燃料噴射弁において、
前記燃料フィルタは、前記燃料フィルタの周方向に沿い且つ中心軸線に沿って配置され、前記燃料フィルタの径方向内方から径方向外方に向かって流れる燃料に混入した異物を捕集する網状部材が設けられた濾過部を備え、
前記濾過部の上流側に、前記濾過部の内周面に沿って旋回しながら流下する燃料を発生する第1旋回燃料発生部を有し、
前記第1旋回燃料発生部は、前記中心軸線に沿う方向に対して傾斜した傾斜面により構成され、
前記傾斜面は、燃料供給口と対向して円環部の内周面側に周方向に沿うように形成されると共に、周方向における前記傾斜面の一端部から周方向に遠ざかるほど、前記燃料供給口から前記中心軸線に沿う方向に遠ざかるように傾斜し、
前記傾斜面に対して径方向内側に、前記中心軸線に沿う方向に延設された燃料通路が形成されると共に、前記燃料通路の底面から前記燃料供給口の側に向かって突出する突起が形成され、
前記突起は、燃料を前記濾過部の内周面に沿う方向に誘導する誘導部材を有し、前記濾過部の内周面に沿って旋回しながら流下する燃料を発生する第2旋回燃料発生部を構成する燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記突起は、上流側端部が、中心軸線に沿う方向において、前記傾斜面の下流側端部に達する位置まで延設されている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記燃料フィルタを前記燃料供給部に圧入する圧入面を構成する芯金を有し、
前記円環部は、前記芯金と、前記芯金の径方向内側に形成された樹脂により構成される燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記円環部は、前記濾過部が構成されるフィルタ本体とは別部材である環状部材により構成される燃料噴射弁。
