Description
第1ガラス板を第1軟化点以上まで加熱して主成形する、第1主成形工程と、
第2ガラス板を第2軟化点以上まで加熱して主成形する、第2主成形工程と、
前記第1主成形工程後、前記第1ガラス板を所望形状に曲げ成形する第1仕上げ成形工程と、
前記第2主成形工程後、前記第2ガラス板を所望形状に曲げ成形する第2仕上げ成形工程とを備え、
前記第1主成形工程と、前記第2主成形工程とは、同一の成形型によって行われ、
前記第1ガラス板を前記第1軟化点未満まで温度低下させるための第1条件と、前記第2ガラス板を前記第2軟化点未満まで温度低下させるための第2条件とが、互いに異なり、
前記第1及び第2主成形工程は、下方成形型と上方成形型とで前記第1及び第2ガラス板を挟持するプレス成形であり、
前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程は、前記第1及び第2ガラス板それぞれの自重変形である合わせガラスの製造方法が提供される。
なお、本発明は上記の実施形態で示した具体例に限定されず、当業者であれば具体例を元に適宜実施形態の変更及び改良ができる。

Claims (14)
- 複数のガラス板が積層された合わせガラスの製造方法であって、
第1ガラス板を第1軟化点以上まで加熱して主成形する、第1主成形工程と、
第2ガラス板を第2軟化点以上まで加熱して主成形する、第2主成形工程と、
前記第1主成形工程後、前記第1ガラス板を所望形状に曲げ成形する第1仕上げ成形工程と、
前記第2主成形工程後、前記第2ガラス板を所望形状に曲げ成形する第2仕上げ成形工程とを備え、
前記第1主成形工程と、前記第2主成形工程とは、同一の成形型によって行われ、
前記第1ガラス板を前記第1軟化点未満まで温度低下させるための第1条件と、前記第2ガラス板を前記第2軟化点未満まで温度低下させるための第2条件とが、互いに異なり、
前記第1及び第2主成形工程は、下方成形型と上方成形型とで前記第1及び第2ガラス板を挟持するプレス成形であり、
前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程は、前記第1及び第2ガラス板それぞれの自重変形であることを特徴とする合わせガラスの製造方法。 - 前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程後、前記第1及び第2ガラス板を、冷却装置を用いて冷却する冷却工程を更に備え、
前記第1条件は、前記第1主成形工程後から前記冷却工程を開始するまでの第1時間であり、
前記第2条件は、前記第2主成形工程後から前記冷却工程を開始するまでの第2時間である請求項1記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。 - 前記第1時間は前記第2時間よりも長い請求項2記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1時間は前記第2時間よりも短い請求項2記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1ガラス板と、前記第2ガラス板とを、順に所定枚数ずつ交互に搬送する工程を更に備え、
前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程は、同一の装置によって行われ、
前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程は、前記所定枚数毎に、前記第1条件と前記第2条件を変更しながら行われる請求項1乃至4の何れか一項記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。 - 前記所定枚数は、一枚である請求項5記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1ガラス板と、前記第2ガラス板とを、順不同で搬送する工程を更に備え、
前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程は、同一の装置によって行われ、
前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程は、前記搬送されたガラス板に応じて、前記第1条件と前記第2条件を変更しながら行われる請求項1乃至4の何れか一項記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。 - 前記第1及び第2主成形工程後、主成形が完了した前記第1及び第2ガラス板を、前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程に搬送するための、搬送型への移載は、炉内で行われる請求項1乃至7の何れか一項記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1及び第2主成形工程後、主成形が完了した前記第1及び第2ガラス板を、前記第1及び第2仕上げ成形工程に搬送するための、搬送型への移載は、炉外で行われる請求項1乃至7の何れか一項記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1及び第2主成形工程は、前記第1及び第2ガラス板を加熱しながら行われる請求項1乃至8の何れか一項記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1ガラス板及び前記第2ガラス板は、互いに異なる組成及び互いに異なる板厚のうち少なくとも一方を有する請求項1乃至10の何れか一項記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1ガラス板及び前記第2ガラス板のうち、少なくとも1枚のガラス板の、少なくとも一つの表面に機能性被膜が形成されている請求項1乃至11の何れか一項記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記機能性被膜は、前記ガラス板の凹面に形成される熱線反射機能を備える請求項12記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
- 前記第1ガラス板の厚みと、前記第2ガラス板の厚みとの差が0.5mm以上である請求項1乃至13の何れか一項記載の合わせガラスの製造方法。
