Claims (15)
- 非結晶質の鉄系の物質を含む粗大粉末と、
結晶質の鉄系の物質を含む中間粉末と、
ニッケルを含む微細粉末と、を含み、
前記粗大粉末と前記中間粉末は65:35〜80:20の範囲の重量比を有し、且つ、前記微細粉末は前記粗大粉末及び前記中間粉末の総重量に対して3〜7wt%の範囲で添加される、磁性体組成物。 - 前記中間粉末の粒子サイズが前記粗大粉末より小さく、前記微細粉末より大きい、請求項1に記載の磁性体組成物。
- 前記粗大粉末は、鉄−クロム−硫黄−炭素系の物質を含み、且つ、25〜80μmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項1または2に記載の磁性体組成物。
- 前記中間粉末は2.5〜5μmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の磁性体組成物。
- 前記微細粉末は、結晶質または非結晶質のニッケルまたはニッケル合金を含み、且つ、60〜200nmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の磁性体組成物。
- 前記ニッケル合金は、鉄、コバルト、モリブデン、アルミニウム、シリコン、クロム、すず、硼素、またはこれらの組み合わせの一つを含む、請求項5に記載の磁性体組成物。
- 巻線形態を有するコイル部と、
請求項1の磁性体組成物を含み、且つ、前記コイル部の両端部のそれぞれを互いに対向する両端面に露出するように前記コイル部を埋め込むインダクタ本体と、
前記コイル部の前記両端部とそれぞれ接続されるように前記インダクタ本体の前記両端面に備えられる第1外部電極及び第2外部電極と、を含む、インダクタ。 - 前記中間粉末の粒子サイズが前記粗大粉末より小さく、前記微細粉末より大きい、請求項7に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記コイル部は銀または銅を含む、請求項7または8に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記粗大粉末は、鉄−クロム−硫黄−炭素系の物質を含み、且つ、25〜80μmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記中間粉末は2.5〜5μmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記微細粉末は、結晶質または非結晶質のニッケルまたはニッケル合金を含み、且つ、60〜200nmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記ニッケル合金は、鉄、コバルト、モリブデン、アルミニウム、シリコン、クロム、すず、硼素、またはこれらの組み合わせの一つを含む、請求項12に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記インダクタ本体の前記両端面を連結する側面上に提供される覆い層をさらに含む、請求項7から13のいずれか一項に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記覆い層は前記インダクタ本体と同一の物質を含む、請求項14に記載のインダクタ。
