Claims (11)
- 表面にグルーブを形成して磁区微細化処理を施すが、
前記グルーブの飛散合金層は、ゴス集合組織に浸食され、
前記グルーブの底面における飛散合金層の厚さをTB、前記グルーブのいずれか一方の終端と前記グルーブの底面とのなす距離の1/2地点における飛散合金層の厚さをTLと定義した時、前記TB/TLは、0.2〜0.8である、方向性電磁鋼板。 - 前記飛散合金層の平均厚さは、グルーブ深さの4%〜12%である、請求項1に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記グルーブ深さは、電磁鋼板の厚さの4%〜11%である、請求項2に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記グルーブは、電磁鋼板の幅方向に対して斜線で形成された、請求項3に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記グルーブは、電磁鋼板の幅方向に対して0°を超え5°以下で形成された、請求項4に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記グルーブは、電磁鋼板の幅方向に断続的に3個〜6個形成された、請求項5に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 一次再結晶形成前または一次再結晶形成後、二次再結晶形成前の電磁鋼板を提供する段階と、
前記電磁鋼板にレーザを照射すると同時にガスを噴射して、電磁鋼板の表面にグルーブを形成する段階と、
前記グルーブの飛散合金は、ゴス集合組織に浸食される段階を含むが、
前記レーザを照射する段階において、電磁鋼板の進行速度(VL)は、少なくとも0.9m/sであり、
前記照射されるレーザのエネルギー密度(Ed)およびレーザの走査速度(Vs)は、下記の条件を満足し、
前記噴射されるガスの圧力は、0.2kg/cm2〜5.0kg/cm2であり、
前記ガスの噴射方向とレーザ照射方向とのなす角度は、0°〜50°であり、
前記レーザを照射する段階において、前記電磁鋼板の幅方向に対して0°を超え5°以下の角度でレーザビームを前記電磁鋼板の表面に照射し、
前記レーザの照射による前記電磁鋼板の溶融部が飛散および再凝固する飛散合金層が生成され、前記グルーブの底面における前記飛散合金層の厚さをT B 、前記グルーブのいずれか一方の終端と前記グルーブの底面とのなす距離の1/2地点における前記飛散合金層の厚さをT L と定義した時、前記T B /T L は、0.2〜0.8である、方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。

0.0518mm/μsec≦Vs≦0.2mm/μsec
(この時、ガスの噴射方向とレーザ照射方向とのなす角度が0°であるとは、ガスの噴射方向とレーザ照射方向とが平行であることを意味する。) - 前記レーザを照射する段階において、
前記レーザの集光形状は、電磁鋼板の幅方向のビーム長さをdt、電磁鋼板の圧延方向のビーム長さをLとした時、下記の条件を満足する、請求項7に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
0.20≦L/dt≦1.0 - 前記dtは、50μm以下である、請求項8に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記飛散合金層の平均厚さは、グルーブ深さの4%〜12%である、請求項7に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記レーザを照射する段階において、
前記グルーブは、前記電磁鋼板の幅方向に断続的に3〜6個形成する、請求項10に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
