Claims (4)
- 走行用のモータと、前記モータを駆動する電力制御ユニットを車両の前部空間に搭載した電動車両であり、
前記電力制御ユニットは、その前後をフロントブラケットとリアブラケットで支持されつつ、前記モータを収容するハウジングの上方に隙間を有して固定されており、
前記リアブラケットは、前記ハウジングに固定される基部と、前記基部の前端から前記電力制御ユニットへと延びている支持部を備えており、
前記基部は、前記ハウジングとの間で電気ケーブルを車両前後方向に通すアーチ部を備えており、
前方からみたときの前記支持部の両側に、上下方向に延びるリブが設けられており、
両方の前記リブにおいて前記アーチ部よりも上方に、前記電力制御ユニットが前方から衝突荷重を受けたときにリブの中で最初に降伏する降伏部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする電動車両。 - 前記降伏部は、前記リブに設けられた切欠又は貫通孔によって車幅方向からみたときのリブの短手方向の長さが前記切欠又は貫通孔の上下の部位よりも短くなった部位であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両。
- 前記貫通孔は、前記リブと前記支持部の境界を跨ぐように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動車両。
- 前記降伏部は、前記リブの他の部位よりも厚みが薄い薄肉部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両。
