Description
− 特に線状の材料からなるブランクを準備し、
− ブランクを特に据込みによって成形し、特に冷間で成形し、このとき相対的な幾何学的寸法が変化して、実質的に円形の外側輪郭を備えるプレート状の部材を生じ、
− プレート状の部材に解放領域を穿設し、
− 製作されるべき貫通孔の領域でプレート状の部材がプレート状の部材の厚みよりも、特に基体の厚みよりも小さい厚みを有することになるプレート状の部材への解放領域の穿設後、貫通孔の領域における低減された厚みを利用して、打抜きプロセスにより貫通孔を作成する。
これと対照的に図6bは、特に旋削部品である、切削加工により製作されたコンポーネント100を示している。同じく構造線/流動線2000が描き込まれている。これらの構造線/流動線2000は実質的に平行であり、リング状ないしプレート状の部材100が図6bに示すように製作された棒材料と同じ方向に向いている。貫通孔110はコンポーネント100から穿孔でくり抜かれている。
Claims (10)
- エアバッグ及びベルトテンショナのいずれか一方の点火装置において高圧を受ける金属材料ブッシングであって、
丸形又は円形の外側形状(3)を有する冷間成形部材である部材を有し、
前記部材は、
前記部材の実質的に中央部に配置され且つ前記部材の前側から前記部材の後側まで伸びる貫通孔と、
前記部材の前記後側で前記貫通孔の領域に設けられ、且つ前記点火装置の高圧側から遠位に配置された、解放領域であって、前記解放領域の近傍の領域における前記貫通孔の直径よりも大きな直径を有し、前記部材は、全体の厚み(D)と、前記解放領域において少なくとも1つの低減された厚み(DR)と、を有し、前記少なくとも1つの低減された厚み(DR)は、前記全体の厚み(D)から前記解放領域の高さ(HF)だけ低減されたものである、解放領域と、
前記貫通孔に配置された絶縁シール材と、
少なくとも部分的に前記絶縁シール材内にあり且つ前記貫通孔(10)に配置された第1の金属ピンと、
前記部材に導電接続され且つ前記貫通孔(10)内に延びていない、アースピンである第2の金属ピンと、
を備え、
前記部材は、銅成分を含む特殊鋼でできていることを特徴とする、金属材料ブッシング。 - 前記低減された厚み(DR)は、1.5mmから4.5mmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の金属材料ブッシング。
- 前記低減された厚み(DR)は、2.0mmから2.6mmの範囲内である、請求項2に記載の金属材料ブッシング。
- 前記部材の前記全体の厚み(D)の少なくとも1つは、3.5mmよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の金属材料ブッシング。
- 前記部材の前記全体の厚み(D)の少なくとも1つは、3.5mmから6.0mmの範囲内である、請求項4に記載の金属材料ブッシング。
- 前記部材は、1重量%から5重量%の銅割合を含む特殊鋼でできている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の金属材料ブッシング。
- 前記銅割合は、2重量%から4重量%である、請求項6に記載の金属材料ブッシング。
- 前記貫通孔は、少なくとも部分的に実質的にテーパ状の延在部を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の金属材料ブッシング。
- 前記解放領域は、前記解放領域の近傍の領域における前記貫通孔の直径よりも大きな直径を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の金属材料ブッシング。
- 前記金属材料ブッシングは、
前記貫通孔内に配置されたブッシング材料と、
少なくとも部分的に前記ブッシング材料内に設けられ、前記貫通孔内に配置された第1の金属絶縁ピンと、
前記部材に導電的に接続されたアースピンであり、前記貫通孔内に延びていない第2の金属ピンと、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の金属材料ブッシング。
