- 負極電極と、金属リチウム(Li)が両面に圧延された銅ホイル(Cu foil)とのみを共に巻いたロール(roll)を電解液溶液に浸漬し、負極電極の表面をリチウム化させ、
前記リチウム化後に負極電極の表面上に安定した皮膜が形成されるように安定化過程を経ることを特徴とする、負極電極の前リチウム化方法。 - 前記皮膜の緻密度は、ロールの電解液溶液への浸漬時間、温度、及び電解液溶液のイオン伝導度によって調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記ロールの電解液溶液への浸漬時間は、1時間以上〜240時間以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記温度は、摂氏−10度以上〜70度以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記電解液溶液のイオン伝導度は、10−4S/cm以上〜10−1S/cm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記安定化過程は、摂氏−10度以上〜70度以下の温度で、0.1時間以上〜72時間以下の時間の間に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記負極電極は、負極活物質として、炭素系物質及び/又はSiを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記炭素系物質は、結晶質人造黒鉛、結晶質天然黒鉛、非晶質ハードカーボン、低結晶質ソフトカーボン、カーボンブラック、アセチレンブラック、ケチェンブラック、グラフェン(graphene)、及び繊維状炭素からなる群から選択される1つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記炭素系物質は、結晶質人造黒鉛、及び/又は結晶質天然黒鉛であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記電解液溶液は、リチウム塩及び非水系溶媒を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記リチウム塩は、LiCl、LiBr、LiI、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiB10Cl10、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3、LiCF3CO2、LiAsF6、LiSbF6、LiAlCl4、CH3SO3Li、CF3SO3Li、(CF3SO2)2NLi、クロロボランリチウム、低級脂肪族カルボン酸リチウム、及び4フェニルホウ酸リチウムからなる群から選択される1つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記非水系溶媒は、カーボネート系溶媒及び/又はエステル系溶媒であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記電解液溶液は添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
- 前記添加剤は、ビニレンカーボネート(vinylene carbonate)、ビニルエチレンカーボネート(vinylethylene carbonate)、フルオロエチルカーボネート(fluoroethyl carbonate)、サリチル酸(salicylic acid)、LiBF4、LITFSL、LiBOB、LiODFBからなる群から選択される1つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の負極電極の前リチウム化方法。
