Claims (3)
- エンジン(22)の回転駆動力がクラッチ(18、20)を介して伝達され、複数段の変速ギアを有する主変速機(10)と、
少なくとも2段の前進走行の変速ギアを有し、手動によるシフト操作の動力が伝達されて変速ギアが切り換えられる副変速機(12)と、
アクチュエータ(56)を作動させて前記主変速機(10)の前記変速ギアを切り換えると共に、前記エンジン(22)の回転駆動力を断接する前記クラッチ(18、20)を制御する制御部(114)と、
を備える変速制御装置(14)において、
前記シフト操作によって前記副変速機(12)の前進走行の前記変速ギアが他の前進走行の前記変速ギアに切り換えられたとき、前記制御部(114)は、エンジン回転数がレブリミット回転数を超えた場合は、前記エンジン(22)の気筒に対する燃料噴射を停止し、前記エンジン回転数がクラッチ解放回転数を超えた場合は、前記クラッチ(18、20)を解放側に動作させ、前記エンジン回転数が上限回転数を超えた場合は、前記エンジン(22)の前記気筒に対する点火を停止し、
前記クラッチ解放回転数、前記レブリミット回転数、及び前記上限回転数は、レブリミット回転数<クラッチ解放回転数<上限回転数、の関係を有する
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置(14)。 - エンジン(22)の回転駆動力がクラッチ(18、20)を介して伝達され、複数段の変速ギアを有する主変速機(10)と、
少なくとも2段の前進走行の変速ギアを有し、手動によるシフト操作の動力が伝達されて変速ギアが切り換えられる副変速機(12)と、
アクチュエータ(56)を作動させて前記主変速機(10)の前記変速ギアを切り換えると共に、前記エンジン(22)の回転駆動力を断接する前記クラッチ(18、20)を制御する制御部(114)と、
を備える変速制御装置(14)において、
前記制御部(114)は、前記シフト操作によって前記副変速機(12)の前進走行の前記変速ギアが他の前進走行の前記変速ギアに切り換えられ、エンジン回転数がレブリミット回転数を超えた場合は、前記エンジン(22)の気筒に対する燃料噴射を停止し、エンジン回転数がクラッチ解放回転数を超えた場合は、前記クラッチ(18、20)を解放側に動作させ、前記エンジン回転数が上限回転数を超えた場合は、前記エンジン(22)の前記気筒に対する点火を停止し、
前記クラッチ解放回転数、前記レブリミット回転数、及び前記上限回転数は、レブリミット回転数<クラッチ解放回転数<上限回転数、の関係を有し、
前記副変速機(12)の前進走行の前記変速ギアを後退走行の前記変速ギアに切り換える前記シフト操作が行われた場合は、前記エンジン回転数に関わらず、前記クラッチ(18、20)を解放させる
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置(14)。 - 請求項1または2に記載の変速制御装置(14)において、
前記制御部(114)は、前記シフト操作によって前記副変速機(12)の前進走行の前記変速ギアが他の前進走行の前記変速ギアに切り換えられ、前記エンジン回転数が前記クラッチ解放回転数を超えた場合は、前記クラッチ(18、20)のクラッチ容量を零にし、その後、前記エンジン回転数の低下に合わせて前記クラッチ容量を上昇させる
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置(14)。
