Description
a)ポリオレフィンテープを含む複数の層を用意する工程と、
b)少なくとも1枚の予備成形したポリマーフィルムを用意する工程と、
c)複数の層を積層して、上面と、その上面の反対側にある下面とを有する積層体を得、少なくとも1枚の予備成形したポリマーフィルムを少なくとも上面に配置して、前記積層体と前記予備成形したポリマーフィルムを含む組立体を作る工程と、
d)工程c)の組立体を、少なくとも30barの圧力と、ポリオレフィンテープの溶融温度未満の温度で、一定時間圧縮する工程と、
e)組立体を、70℃未満、好ましくは室温にまで冷却し、その後、圧力を開放する工程と、
f)組立体から予備成形したポリマーフィルムを除去する工程と
g)工程f)の組立体を成形して成形パネルを得る工程と
を含む方法にしたがって製造することができる。
・成形パネルの破断引張応力はASTM D638−10により測定した。
・成形パネルの破断伸びはASTM D638−10により測定した。
・成形パネルの弾性係数はASTM D638−10により測定した。
・成形パネルの圧縮強度はASTM D695−10により測定した。
・成形パネルの層間剪断強度はASTM D2344/D2344M−00 2006により測定した。
・成形パネルの熱膨張はASTM D696/DIN 53752により測定した。
・ポリオレフィンテープの引張特性:引張強度、破断伸びおよび引張弾性率は、ASTM D882に規定されるような幅2mmのテープの25℃での値と定義され、テープの公称ゲージ長さ440mm、クロスヘッド速度50mm/分を使用して測定する。
・ポリオレフィンの溶融温度(融点ともいう)は、加熱速度10℃/分でインジウムおよびスズにより校正された電力補償パーキンエルマー(PerkinElmer) DSC−7装置のDSCにより測定する。DSC−7装置の校正(2点校正)には、約5mgのインジウムと約5mgのスズを、両者とも小数点以下少なくとも2桁で秤量して使用する。インジウムは温度および熱流量の両方の校正に使用され、スズは温度の校正のみに使用される。
Claims (16)
- 圧密した複数の層を含む成形パネルを含み、前記層がポリオレフィンテープを含む測地線レドームであって、前記成形パネルが10MPa〜100MPaの圧縮強度、3MPa〜75MPaの層間剪断強度、および1e−6 1/K〜50e−6 1/Kの熱膨張を有する測地線レドーム。
- 前記成形パネルが、三角形、長方形、正方形、六角形、八角形、直線または曲線の辺を有するその他の多角形、オレンジの皮様形状、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される形状を有する請求項1に記載のレドーム。
- 三角形パネルを全面に配置することができる構造体である請求項1または2に記載のレドーム。
- ゴア形状のパネルを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 五角形のパネルおよび六角形のパネルを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 少なくとも3mの地際直径を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 少なくとも3mの高さを有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 0.1〜100の地際直径/高さ比を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 前記テープが、1mm〜2000mmの幅を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンテープがポリエチレンテープである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンテープが高分子量または超高分子量ポリエチレン([U]HMWPE)テープである請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンテープがポリエチレン固相テープである請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンテープが、少なくとも0.5GPaの引張強度を有する請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンテープが、少なくとも30GPaの引張弾性率を有する請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 前記層が、織布、編布、組布、編組布、不織布、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される布を含む請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
- 前記成形パネルがバインダー材もマトリックス材も実質的に含まない請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のレドーム。
