式中、a及びbは各々約0.3〜約0.7であり、cは約0〜約0.1であり、0.75≦a+b+c+y+z≦1.3であり、yは約0.0005〜約0.1であり、REは1種以上の希土類又はそれらの組合せ、特にDy3+及びNd3+の1種以上、特にDy3+であり、zは約0.0005〜約0.15であり、mは約0.0005〜約0.30であり、nは約0〜約0.10であり、特に約0.0005〜約0.10、さらに具体的には約0.005〜約0.10であり、oは約0〜約0.01であり、pは約0〜約0.10であり、dは約3.945〜約4.075であり、特に4である。下付の符号はすべてモル量を表す。コバルト及びユウロピウムの酸化状態は2+であり、式Iの他のすべての元素の酸化状態は、本明細書の記載から当業者には明らかであろう。

Claims (11)
- 次の式Iの長残光蛍光体。
Sra,Cab,Al2-mOd:Euy,Dyz,Bm (I)
式中、a及びbは各々0.3〜0.7であり、0.75≦a+b+y+z≦1.3であり、yは0.01であり、zは0.03であり、mは0.1であり、dは4である。 - a及びbが各々0.4〜0.6である、請求項1記載の長残光蛍光体。
- aが0.3〜0.4であり、bが0.6〜0.7である、請求項1記載の長残光蛍光体組成物。
- aが0.4〜0.5であり、bが0.5〜0.6である、請求項1記載の長残光蛍光体組成物。
- aが0.5〜0.6であり、bが0.4〜0.5である、請求項1記載の長残光蛍光体組成物。
- aが0.3であり、bが0.7である、請求項1記載の長残光蛍光体組成物。
- aが0.4であり、bが0.6である、請求項1記載の長残光蛍光体組成物。
- a及びbの各々が0.5である、請求項1記載の長残光蛍光体組成物。
- いったん励起されると、周辺光がなくても白くみえる、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の長残光蛍光体。
- X線回折法で決定して単一相結晶質材料である、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の長残光蛍光体。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の長残光蛍光体を含む製品。
