Claims (14)
- 改良された耐磨耗性を有するトレッド用ゴム組成物であって、以下の:
(a)重量平均分子量が100〜3,000kg/molである共役ジエンポリマーまたはコポリマー;
(b)少なくとも1つの充填剤であって、粘土を含まない充填剤;
(c)2〜10phrの液体ポリブタジエン;
(d)0.2〜5phrの酸化亜鉛;
(e)1〜100phrのプロセス油
を含む組成物であり、前記液体ポリブタジエンが不飽和酸無水物との反応により官能基化され、3〜8kg/molの数平均分子量、ならびに40〜180の酸価を有する組成物。 - 前記共役ジエンポリマーまたはコポリマーが200〜2,000kg/molの重量平均分子量、ならびに10〜90%の1,2ビニル微細構造含量を有する請求項1記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 2〜8phrの液体ポリブタジエンを含む請求項1又は2に記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記液体ポリブタジエン対酸化亜鉛の重量比が10/3未満である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記液体ポリブタジエン対酸化亜鉛の重量比が8/3〜1/2である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記液体ポリブタジエン対酸化亜鉛の重量比が2.5/1〜1/1である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの充填剤が、カーボンブラック、ヒュームドまたは沈降シリカ、金属酸化物、金属水酸化物、金属硫化物、金属ケイ酸塩、金属炭酸塩、およびその組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記不飽和酸無水物がイタコン酸、シトラコン酸およびマレイン酸無水物ならびにその組合せからなる群から選択される請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記液体ポリブタジエンが前記共役ジエンポリマーまたはコポリマーと混和性である請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記共役ジエンポリマーまたはコポリマーが水素化されない請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記トレッド用ゴム組成物の前記耐摩耗性がそれにより改良される請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のトレッド用ゴム組成物の製造方法であって、以下の:
(a)以下の:
(i)重量平均分子量が100〜3,000kg/molである共役ジエンポリマーまたはコポリマー、
(ii)少なくとも1つの充填剤であって、粘土を含まない充填剤、

を包含する方法であり、前記酸化亜鉛の総量が0.2〜5phrであり、前記液体ポリブタジエンが不飽和酸無水物との反応により官能基化され、3〜8kg/molの数平均分子量、ならびに40〜180の酸価を有する方法。 - 前記マスターバッチが2〜8phrの液体ポリブタジエンを含む請求項11記載の方法。
- 0.2〜5phrの酸化亜鉛のすべてがマスターバッチ中に付加される請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記マスターバッチが1〜10phrのプロセス油を含む請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
