前記液相生体試料と反応することができる反応溶液を保存する反応溶液保存ユニットと、
前記反応溶液が前記反応溶液保存ユニットから漏出するのを防止するように取り付けられている反応溶液保護フィルムと、
前記反応溶液保護フィルムの端部に取り付けられている保護フィルム取外し誘導ユニットであって、該挿入型溶液カートリッジを前記反応カートリッジに挿入する際、該保護フィルム取外し誘導ユニットは、前記反応溶液保護フィルムの方に移動し、該保護フィルムを取り外す、保護フィルム取外し誘導ユニットと、
を含み、
前記反応カートリッジは、
前記挿入型溶液カートリッジが挿入され収納される収納ユニットと、
前記挿入型溶液カートリッジが前記収納ユニットにおいて該反応カートリッジに挿入されると、前記保護フィルム取外し誘導ユニットに接触し、該保護フィルム取外し誘導ユニットを前記保護フィルムの方に移動させ、ひいては該保護フィルム取外し誘導ユニットによる前記保護フィルムの取外しを誘導するラッチと、
前記保護フィルムが取り外されるときに放出された前記反応溶液を受け取るとともに、該反応溶液を前記挿入型溶液カートリッジの試料入口に接触させることにより、該反応溶液と放出された前記液相生体試料とを混合し、混合溶液を形成する混合ユニットと、
試薬を固定して、該試薬と前記混合ユニットの前記混合溶液との反応を誘導する試薬固定ユニットと、
前記反応の結果を光学的に測定する測定ユニットと、
微小流路であって、前記混合ユニットと、前記試薬固定ユニットと、前記測定ユニットとが該微小流路を通して接続される、微小流路と、を含み、
前記溶液カートリッジの1つの側部にはクランプが設けられ、
前記反応カートリッジの前記収納ユニットには固定溝が設けられ、
前記溶液カートリッジが前記反応カートリッジの前記収納ユニットに挿入される際に、前記クランプが前記固定溝に係合する、生化学アッセイカートリッジ。 - 前記挿入型溶液カートリッジを前記反応カートリッジに挿入する間に、前記反応溶液が前記混合ユニットに移動する、請求項1に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
- 前記挿入型溶液カートリッジを前記反応カートリッジに挿入する際、前記混合ユニットは前記試料保存ユニットを収める、請求項1に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
- 前記反応カートリッジは複数の試薬固定ユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
- 前記反応は、前記混合溶液中の基質と前記試薬中の酵素との酵素反応、又は、前記混合溶液中の抗原と前記試薬中の抗体との抗原抗体反応である、請求項1に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
- 前記生体試料の前記混合溶液及び化学試薬が、重力と、前記生化学アッセイカートリッジ全体の回転によって生じる遠心力とにより、前記流路に沿って測定領域又は前記試薬固定ユニットに移動する、請求項1に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
- 前記生化学アッセイカートリッジの前記反応カートリッジは、測定後に、前記生体試料の前記混合溶液と、前記反応溶液と、化学試薬とを処理する廃液処理ユニットを更に含む、請求項1に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
- 前記生化学アッセイカートリッジの前記反応カートリッジは、廃液の円滑な移動及び収集用の空気出口を更に有する、請求項7に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
- 前記生化学アッセイカートリッジは、血液アッセイ用生化学アッセイカートリッジである、請求項1に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
- 前記生化学アッセイカートリッジは、糖化ヘモグロビン定量アッセイ用生化学アッセイカートリッジである、請求項1に記載の生化学アッセイカートリッジ。
