Description
図1は、本発明にかかる直流電源装置の実施の形態1の構成例を示す図である。本実施の形態の直流電源装置は、交流電源1から供給される交流電圧に基づいて直流電圧を生成し、直流負荷7に対して供給するものであり、リアクタ2、平滑コンデンサ5、スイッチング部8、整流処理部9および制御部10を備えて構成されている。整流処理部9は、リアクタ2を介して交流電源1に接続されており、交流電圧を整流して直流電圧に変換する。この整流処理部9は、交流を直流に整流する整流ダイオード3a〜3dと、電源半波毎(半周期)に充放電する倍電圧コンデンサ4a〜4dと、平滑コンデンサ5からの逆流を抑止する逆流阻止ダイオード6a〜6dとにより構成されている。平滑コンデンサ5は、整流処理部9から出力される直流電圧を平滑化する。制御部10によって制御されるスイッチング部8は、交流電源1を短絡して力率を改善する。直流負荷7は、平滑コンデンサ5の出力に並列接続されている。
図6は、実施の形態2の直流電源装置の構成例を示す図である。なお、図6において、図1と同一の符号が付されたものは、実施の形態1の直流電源装置が備えていたものと同一の構成要素である。それらについては説明を省略する。
図9は、本発明にかかる直流電源装置を用いて構成された電動機駆動装置の構成例を示す図であり、具体的には、実施の形態2で説明した直流電源装置(図6に示した直流電源装置)を用いた場合の構成例を示している。図9において、これまでの説明で使用した図1〜図8と同一の符号が付されたものは、実施の形態1または2の直流電源装置が備えていたものと同一の構成要素である。それらについては説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 交流電源の一方の出力端に一端が接続されたリアクタと、
前記リアクタの他端と前記交流電源の他方の出力端を短絡させるためのスイッチング部と、
前記交流電源から供給された交流電圧を整流して倍電圧以上の電圧を生成する整流部と、
逆流阻止ダイオードを介して前記整流部と接続され、前記整流部から出力された直流電圧を平滑化する平滑コンデンサと、
前記交流電源から出力される交流電圧のゼロクロス点から規定時間が経過した後の予め決められた第1の期間において、前記スイッチング部をオン状態として前記整流部に対する交流電圧供給を停止させ、前記第1の期間が経過してから次のゼロクロス点までの第2の期間においては前記スイッチング部をオフ状態として前記整流部に対する交流電圧供給を実施させる制御部と、
を備え、
前記整流部は、
全波整流動作および倍電圧整流動作のいずれか一方を実行する第1の倍電圧整流部と、
倍電圧整流動作を実行する第2の倍電圧整流部と、
前記第1の倍電圧整流部内の一部の電路を開閉させて前記第1の倍電圧整流部の動作を切り替える第1の開閉部と、
前記第2の倍電圧整流部と前記交流電源との間の電路を開閉させて前記第2の倍電圧整流部による動作を停止させるまたは開始させる第2の開閉部と、
を備える直流電源装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記交流電圧の位相、および前記平滑コンデンサの両端の電圧に基づいて前記第1の期間を決定する請求項1に記載の直流電源装置。
- 交流電源の一方の出力端に一端が接続されたリアクタと、
前記リアクタの他端と前記交流電源の他方の出力端を短絡させるためのスイッチング部と、
前記交流電源から供給された交流電圧を整流して倍電圧以上の電圧を生成可能な整流部と、
逆流阻止ダイオードを介して前記整流部と接続され、前記整流部から出力された直流電圧を平滑化する平滑コンデンサと、
前記交流電源から出力される交流電圧のゼロクロス点から規定時間が経過した後の予め決められた第1の期間において、前記スイッチング部をオン状態として前記整流部に対する交流電圧供給を停止させ、前記第1の期間が経過してから次のゼロクロス点までの第2の期間においては前記スイッチング部をオフ状態として前記整流部に対する交流電圧供給を実施させる制御部と、
を備え、
前記整流部は、前記交流電源のピーク電圧の2から3倍の範囲の電圧を生成する整流動作、前記交流電源のピーク電圧の1から2倍の範囲の電圧を生成する整流動作および前記交流電源のピーク電圧の1倍以下の電圧を生成する整流動作を切り替え可能に構成されている直流電源装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の直流電源装置と、
前記直流電源装置で生成された直流電圧を交流電圧に変換して電動機を駆動する駆動部と、
を備える電動機駆動装置。 - 前記駆動部は、希土類磁石以外の永久磁石を用いて構成された電動機を駆動する請求項4に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記直流電源装置および前記駆動部は、ワイドバンドギャップ半導体を用いて構成されている請求項4に記載の電動機駆動装置。
