この合金は、非常に大きい引張強度(1400°F(760°C)において最大200ksi(1379MPa)のUTS)及び同一温度における0.2%耐力(最大191ksi(1318MPa))、並びに良好な延性を示す(表5、図17及び図18)。1400°F(760°C)における異常に高いUTS及び0.2%PSは、おそらくこの温度におけるγチャンネル中にさらなる二次又は三次γ’析出がおこり転位移動を遅らせるために、この温度においてひずみ硬化があることを示している。この最大強度レベルにおける延性は、13%の伸び(4D)及び17%の絞り(RA)の範囲にある。

Claims (6)
- 単結晶鋳造物用のニッケル基超合金であって、
5.60重量%〜5.85重量%のアルミニウム、
9.4重量%〜9.9重量%のコバルト、
5.0重量%〜6.0重量%のクロム、
0.08重量%〜0.35重量%のハフニウム、
0.50重量%〜0.70重量%のモリブデン、
8.0重量%〜9.0重量%のタンタル、
0.60重量%〜0.90重量%のチタン、
8.5重量%〜9.8重量%のタングステン
を含み、残部がニッケル及び少量の不可避元素を含み、不可避元素の総量は1重量%以下であり、
前記不可避元素の最大値が、炭素が100ppm、ケイ素が0.04%、マンガンが0.01%、硫黄が3ppm、リンが30ppm、ホウ素が30ppm、ニオブが0.1%、ジルコニウムが150ppm、レニウムが0.15%、銅が0.01%、鉄が0.15%、バナジウムが0.1%、ルテニウムが0.1%、白金が0.15%、パラジウムが0.15%、マグネシウムが200ppm、窒素が5ppm、及び酸素が5ppmに制御され、
他の任意の各不可避元素は、25ppmの最大値で微量元素として存在しており、
前記微量元素の最大値が、銀が2ppm、ビスマスが0.2ppm、ガリウムが10ppm、カルシウムが25ppm、鉛が1ppm、セレンが0.5ppm、テルルが0.2ppm、タリウムが0.2ppm、スズが10ppm、アンチモンが2ppm、ヒ素が2ppm、亜鉛が5ppm、水銀が2ppm、カドミウムが2ppm、ゲルマニウムが2ppm、金が2ppm、インジウムが2ppm、ナトリウムが20ppm、カリウムが10ppm、バリウムが10ppm、ウランが2ppm及びトリウムが2ppmに制御されている、ニッケル基超合金。 - 最大量0.5ppmの硫黄を含有し、且つ前記単結晶鋳造物中のランタン及びイットリウムの総含量が、5ppm〜80ppmになることを目標とした量のランタン及びイットリウムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載されたニッケル基超合金。
- 8.8g/cc(kg/dm3)の密度を有する、請求項1に記載されたニッケル基超合金。
- 請求項1に記載されたニッケル基超合金から鋳造された単結晶の部品。
- ガスタービンの部品である、請求項4に記載された単結晶の部品。
- ガスタービン用のブレード、ベーン又はシールセグメントである、請求項4に記載された単結晶の部品。
