Description
により与えられる調節不能なパラメーターである。従って、素子のしっかり噛み合う対の両素子の歯先角の合計SKW0は次の通りである。
より小さいことを特徴とする。本発明のスクリュー素子の場合、プッシング及びプリングフランクの形状寸法は個別に要件に従って設計され得、所要により歯先の端部の歯頂部を丸くしてもよい。
・対応する弧の角度は同一の大きさであること、
・対応する弧の半径の合計は中心距離に等しいこと、
・描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点とその終点間の連結線の各々は描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の中心点とその終点間の連結線の1つと平行であること、
・描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の終点が前記弧の中心点に対して置かれている方向はそれぞれ描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の終点が前記弧の中心点に対して置かれている方向と反対であること、
・描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点と描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の中心点間の距離は中心距離に等しいこと、
・描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点と描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の中心点間の連結線は描かれているスクリュープロファイルの回転点と描かれるスクリュープロファイルの回転点間の連結線と平行であること、
・描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の中心点と一致するように描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点を移動させなければらない方向は描かれるスクリュープロファイルの回転点と一致するように描かれているスクリュープロファイルの回転点を移動させなければらない方向と同一であること
を意味すると理解されたい。
まず、構成しようとするスクリュー素子の規定パラメーターZ、DE及びAを固定する。次いで、描かれている及び描かれるプロファイルパートの回転点を相互に距離Aで挿入する。描かれているプロファイルの回転点から出発して、描かれるプロファイルの回転点の方向に進むように歯先弧上の点に向かって通ずる線K1を適切に選択する。線N1を描かれているプロファイルパートの回転点からπ/Zの角度で線K1に引く。パラメーターRE/DE/2及びRK=A−REを計算する。次いで、プロファイルパートの弧の数nを決定する。弧nの数は好ましくは6であるが、より小さくてもより大きくてもよい。
Claims (2)
- 対の同方向性で対の完全ワイピングスクリュー軸、2つ以上のスクリューねじ山Z、中心線距離A及び外径DEを有する多軸スクリュー機械用スクリュー素子であって、1対の素子の歯先角の合計が0より大きく且つ式:2π−4Zarccos(A/DE)により得られる値未満であり、
スクリュー素子間のクリアランスが、スクリュープロファイルの直径に基づく0.001から0.1の範囲内にあり、描かれている及び描かれるスクリュープロファイルのプロファイルが、それぞれ終点で互いに接線方向に結合する弧からなり、
描かれている及び描かれるスクリュープロファイルの一対の所謂対応する弧が:
−対応する弧の角度が同じ大きさであり;
−対応する弧の半径の合計が中心線距離に等しく;
−描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点とその終点間の連結線の1つが、それぞれ描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の中心点とその終点間の連結線の1つと平行に走り;
−描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の終点が当該描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点に対して置かれる方向が、それぞれ描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の終点が当該描かれるスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点に対して置かれる方向と反対であり;
−描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点が、描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の中心点から、中心線距離に相当する距離にあり;
−描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点と描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の中心点間の連結線が、描かれているスクリュープロファイルの回転点と描かれるスクリュープロファイルの回転点間の連結線と平行であり;
−描かれているスクリュープロファイルの弧の中心点を描かれるスクリュープロファイルの対応する弧の中心点と一致させるために移動させなければならない方向が、描かれているスクリュープロファイルの回転点を描かれるスクリュープロファイルの回転点と一致させるために移動させなければならない方向と同じである、
ことを特徴とするスクリュー素子。 - 描かれている及び描かれるスクリュープロファイルのプロファイルが、それぞれ0以上且つA以下の半径を有する6*Z個以上の弧からなり、前記弧は、それらの終点で互いに接線方向に結合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスクリュー素子。
