Claims (5)
- バケット(10)のダブテールタブ(70)とロータ(20)との間のギャップ(90)をシールするためのシールシステム(100)であって、
前記ダブテールタブ(70) 内に配置されかつピボットポイント(120)及びレストレッジ(130)を備えたシールスロット(110)と、
前記ピボットポイント(120)と前記レストレッジ(130)と前記ダブテールタブ(70)との間の前記シールスロット(110)内に配置されたピボットプレート(140)と
を備えていて、
前記ピボットプレート(140)が、
前記レストレッジ(130)側の第1側面及び該第1側面と反対側の第2側面と、
前記ピボットポイント(120)及びレストレッジ(130)の周りに配置された2つの上部アーム(150)であって、該2つの上部アーム(150)間に間隙を備える2つの上部アーム(150)と、
前記レストレッジ(130)の下方に配置されたウェッジ(160)と、
前記ピボットプレート(140)の前記第2側面に配置された前記ギャップの一部を埋めるシール(170)と
を含むことを特徴とする、シールシステム(100)。 - 前記シールスロット(110)及びピボットプレート(140)が、前記バケット(10)が静止状態にある時に上方ギャップ(180)を形成する、請求項1記載のシールシステム(100)。
- 前記シールスロット(110)及びピボットプレート(140)が、前記バケット(10)が運動状態にある時に、前記上部アーム(150)と前記レストレッジ(130)との間に下方ギャップ(190)を形成する、請求項1又は2記載のシールシステム(100)。
- 前記シール(170)が、十分に変形可能な材料を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシールシステム(100)。
- 前記シール(170)が、ロープシールを含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシールシステム(100)。
