Claims (3)
- 雄ロータおよび雌ロータからなるスクリュロータを収容するロータ室を形成するロータケーシングと、モータの固定子および前記雄ロータと軸を共有する回転子を収容するモータ室を形成するモータケーシングとが一体且つ気密に接続されて、空気と比べて絶縁性が低い圧縮すべき腐食性ガスの流路と前記モータ室とが連通する密閉型圧縮機において、
前記モータの固定子は、それぞれの相について、複数の独立した巻線を多重に巻回して形成されるとともに、各相の複数の独立した巻線が当該位相の全ての極の磁界を分担して形成するものであり、
前記複数の独立した巻線はフッ素樹脂で被覆したアルミニウム線又はフッ素樹脂で被覆したアルミニウム撚線からなるとともに、当該独立した巻線のそれぞれについて電源から電力を供給する個別の外部端子が設けられているものであり、
前記外部端子を前記モータケーシングに気密に取り付けられる複数の端子台に分けて配置したことを特徴とする密閉型圧縮機。 - 前記複数の独立した巻線は、それぞれ、フッ素樹脂で被覆した複数本のアルミニウム線又はフッ素樹脂で被覆したアルミニウム撚線からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記モータケーシングには、ロータ室と反対側の端部および上部に、それぞれ開口が形成され、
前記開口には、それぞれ、スペーサを介して前記端子台が気密に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
