Claims (10)
- 異形材長尺物、コーナー及び少なくとも一つの連結具を含むスペーサー(3)と、第1シーラント(4)とを含む周囲に延びる集成体(2)により間隔を置いて離れた関係で保持された2枚の板ガラス(1,1′)を含む絶縁板ガラスパネルであって、2枚の板ガラス(1,1′)と集成体(2)が第1の閉鎖された板ガラス間空間(5)及び第2の開放された板ガラス間空間(6)を規定するものにおいて、
(i)第1シーラント(4)が、2mm厚の膜に対して0.002g/m 2 .hに等しいかまたはそれより小さいガス透過性及び0.6g/m 2 .hに等しいかまたはそれより小さい透湿度(MVTR)を持つ材料を含むこと、
(ii)第2シーラント(7)が、第2の開放された板ガラス間空間(6)内に設けられ、かつ集成体(2)を被覆し、第2シーラント(7)が、ポリスルフィド及びシリコーンからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種の材料を含むこと、
(iii)コーナーまたは連結具位置でないスペーサーの最外方点(8)の大部分を被覆する第2シーラント(7)の厚さ(tb)が1mmより小さいかまたはそれに等しいこと、及び
(iv)コーナーまたは連結具でない位置の大部分でスペーサーの最外方点レベル(9)から板ガラス(1,1′)に平行に測定した、板ガラス(1,1′)に隣接した第2シーラント(7)の厚さ(te)が1mmより大きいこと
を特徴とする絶縁板ガラスパネル。 - 板ガラス(1,1′)に隣接した第2シーラント(7)の厚さ(te)が1.5mmより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
- 第1シーラント(4)の最外方点レベルから板ガラスに平行に測定した、板ガラス(1,1′)に隣接した第2シーラント(7)の高さ(h)がteより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
- 第1シーラント(4)がポリイソブチレン(PIB)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
- 第1シーラント(4)が本質的にブチルゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
- 第2シーラント(7)が、第2の開放された板ガラス間空間(6)に面する板ガラス(1,1′)の表面の一部を被覆するようにかつ板ガラスの縁(10,10′)から測定して少なくとも1mmの距離(d)だけ延びる未被覆部分を与えるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
- 未被覆部分が少なくとも2mmの距離(d)だけ延びることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
- 20%に等しいかまたはそれより小さいEN1279−2による透湿率Iを持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
- 透湿率Iが10%に等しいかまたはそれより小さいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
- ガスで満たされ、かつ1年あたり1%に等しいかまたはそれより小さいEN1279−3によるガス漏れを持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の絶縁板ガラスパネル。
